Aspen Dental

I was. Treated with respect and all the personal were very professional and I am glad that I went to Aspen I love the dentist extra time that she took making sure that my question,s were explained and that my dentures fit so well.

I make no exaggeration when I say the WORST STAFF!!
I walked in with the worst pain imaginable hoping to be worked in for my first appointment and the girl at the front desk was turned around talking to the girl behind her showing something on her cell phone. She took the time long enough to tell me hold on a second and continued talking to the girl behind her. I wait standing there awkwardly, I walked away to sit down for about 5 minutes & I get back up and both girls are gone into what I assume is an office. I can clearly see them standing there talking, laughing, hanging out. At this point I had to leave. This was clearly an office ran by a bunch of kids. I will never go back.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. There is no privacy while getting work done just a sheet between you and the next guy. Went in for a cleaning and the lady kept pulling on my filling. I stopped her several times informing her she was pulling it. She would leave it alone then back to it again harder. The very next day my filling came off. Do not go here. Just don't. Find another place.

Maybe it's just me, but Aspen seems like it's all a money gimmick. I'm following up with another dentist next month to confirm if what they've told me is true, so maybe I'm wrong. According to them, I need thirteen fillings, costing me nearly three grand. Six months ago, I needed one when I was having my teeth cleaned at my last apt. elsewhere. Seems a little sketchy to me. The staff is rushed and doesn't really take time to listen to anything you tell them. I definitely didn't feel like they had my best interest in mind.

It was a dentist appt. as good as it can get. But, there was a question asked of me I felt was totally ridiculous, I went in for new dentures and was asked to leave my dentures for they to work off of, and my next appt was a month away. What was I suppose to do go without for a month?? And yes I said NO, everybody seemed let down they would have to start from scratch. I'm still confused.

I had a tooth that had been disrupting my sleep and eating. I had an appointment, but knew I couldn't wait till 30th. I went as a walk in, and it was worth the wait. Everyone I encountered was very nice, and when it came to getting tooth extracted, they told me step by step, what was going to happen instead of me just freaking out. That was awesome. I would highly recommend these wonderful ladies for your dental needs.

These are the best people I have ever dealt with in any physicians office. They were kind and courteous, but more than that, they offered suggestions and comfort when I discussed pain issues. I am totally free of fear in their hands! I would recommend them to anyone !

Dr. Phung Johnson spent as little time as possible with me during my recent exam. I came in with a complaint of pain in a tooth with a crown. She barely looked at it and dismissed my complaint as needing a bite adjustment. After going to another dentist for a second opinion, I have been diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis and needed a root canal.

I have been a client of Aspen Dental for several years and have always felt rushed. I've never felt like I've received a good cleaning. And I've certainly never felt like I've received a decent exam from the Dr.. I would not ever recommend this practice to any of my family or friends.

I had horrible, horrible, horrible experience at the kingsport office...she doesnt care at all about how her patients feel and my front tooth crown looks unbelievably awful! I had one tiny spot and they replaced my whole tooth over that?! And also they wanted to put a filling in every tooth in my head basically and 3 or 4 more crowns! My teeth are not that bad! Any way I finally switched over to Johnson city and the staff are amazing and so caring, the dentist is funny and sings and trys to distract you. But I had some horrible pain after having 2 crowns put in as the numbing was wearing off and idk what caused it, but it stopped after couple hours. I had 4 fillings at once a couple weeks ago by a Male dentist and I about died when he numbed me. It felt like the needle went up into my nose it was bad! I believe he sticks the needles in toooooo far. Got 3 fillings today with doc johnson (I believe) and I just love her. Today has been my best experience by far. But what I want to say is if you have to go to aspen dental go to Johnson city... DO NOT GO TO KINGSPORT! And also request johnson...shes like 5ft tall and oriental. She actually cares about the look of my smile, shes quick, and funny.

Everyone at the Aspen office was such a godsend for me! They were a joy to be around and they helped alleviate all my fears about dentists. I can't thank them enough for that! Professionalism at it's best!
