Complete money scam. Said I had three cavities and went back to get X-rays a couple months later and said had no cavities. Will only allow treatment that pays them the most. Refused antibiotic prescription even though in pain. They could care less about a patient. They would I’m sure be completely different If they were in the chair hurting, or their wallet. Avoid at all costs. It isn’t worth it.

If I could give this place no stars at all I would the dentist does not care what you are requesting to be done even if it is a simple tooth pulling she will spend 30 plus minutes trying to convince you do get $4500 dollars worth of other work done instead of that no matter how many times you say no. And when she realizes she can't pull more money from you that wsi she will suddenly decide she's not comfortable pulling your tooth that you'll have to come back to have surgery in a few days so you're bill goes from 115 to 250 plus. All she wants from you is money.

I am extremely aggrevated with some aspects of the Johnson City office. However, the dentist has a somewhat pleasent attitude, but I found out today that she had NOT removed all tooth particles from a prior extraction and the company wants to charge me again and do oral surgery. What gives? That same dentist should learn also that what they say with other patients can be heard by other patients and she had a couple bad comments about certain branches of the military were "FAKE" soldiers and the Army was the real soldiers and the Navy were FAKE soldiers. I guestioned her about this once she entered my room and she more or less just tried to cover her response up with dibber dabble talk. I didn't buy it and told her directly that ALL SOLDIERS WERE JUST AS IMPORTANT. NO MATTER WHAT BRANCH THEY SERVED IN.
Now...on to the real root of the problem with Aspen at this office. I am sick and tired of the financial officegal..""Destiny"" trying to upsale a simple extraction of three teeth onto a $9000.00 procedure and using OFFICE PROTO ALL as an excuse....and then have the ignorance to where she cannot admit to understanding WHY the customer gets down right straight and honest with her. Please note this is NOT the first time I have seen this woman in action. I have told her before....several times....I AM NOT PAYING $9000.00 TO MAKE REPAIRS TO MY TEETH at my age when I only have about less than half of them left.And the ones I do have left, less a couple....all have cavities and problems. My dad and my mom had very similar issues and had to have dentures at a very early age. Why is it that Aspen Dental has signs up covering their walls advertising great smiles with their dentures???
And then when one asks about dentures....Oh no!!! They..."Destiny" states it's PROTOCOL to make repairs and install partials. Heck, even with several partials....I STILL HAVE NO TEETH ON MY LOWER JAW ....SO WHATS THE JPPER PARTIAL GONNA DO? "DESTINY" told me I could chew my food now....WHAT....how am I gonna chew my food with only a few upper teeth and no teeth on the bottom jaw???
I am a service connected disabled veteran....I wished I could get dental from the Vet Hospital. But I am only at 60% so that's not an option.
Another thing....why did Destiny demand per protocol I pay $200.00 up front...for a new appointment just a day and a half later? My records show I HAVE NEVER NOT PAID IN FULL THE DAY OF MY VISIT. Her first EXCUSE...was that she had cancelled someone's appt to get me in a day and a half later.....?????.....and that would help assure I came back....again????.... I then asked her what happens if the dentist doesn't show???? She stated..."OB...THE DENTIST WILL BE HERE"...My response was well then....I have to take your word....but I have to pay you for mine???? Jesus Christmas!!!
And to find out ..... If the doctor doesn't show ...they'll refund my money....somewhere around 3 days later???? Ha ha....And if I don't show.... they'll refund my money.....so of that's the case ...then why take the money anyway. ???
And another thing....Destiny then told me the money was due to she HAD CANCELLED ANOTHER CLIENTS APPOINTMENT TO GET ME IN SO QUICK. I NEVER EVER NEVER ASKED FOR THAT AND IT WAS WRONG OF JER TO TREAT ANOTHER CLIENT THAT WAY!!! SHAME ON YOU.
JUST MY OPINION....THIS DESTINY PERSON SHOULD TAKE SOME CLASSES AND LEARN BETTER PR AND NOT TRY TO GOUGE PEOPLE AND TREAT THEM AS AO EY PIT.
WHAT THE USA NEEDS NOW IS RESPECTFUL PEOPLE WITH THE INTEHRIY AND MORALS TO DO THE RIGHT THING. OF SHE AHREES WITH YHE ASPEN DENTAL PROTOCOL AS SHE STAYES IT IS....THEN STAY AND BE A DISRESPECT TO YOURSELF AND DONT USE THE COMPANY POLICY TO EXCUSE YOURSELF AND LIE TO UOURSELF THAT YOUR DOING RIGHT. WRONG IS WRONG AND IF ANYONE WORKING THERE DOESNT LIKE THE POLICY....THEN HONOR YOURSELF AND LEAVE!!!! TRY STANDING ON YOUR TWO FEET INSTEAD OF SOME PROTOCOL OF THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR. COWARDS STAND BEHIND SOMEONE ELSE AND USE THEM.....THE BRAVE STAND BESIDE AN HONORABLE POLICY AND ATTEMPT TO DESTROY THE DISHONORABLE.
