Aspen Dental

I know I previously left a review, but I had to come back and leave another. If I could give more stars I certainly would! Let me tell you about how amazing Aspen staff truly are. So I have medical PTSD. I mentioned this to the staff before they began to do my dental work. Not only did the dentist put on some soothing music to help calm my mind, but she also talked me through the entire procedure. She calmed me in a way that even my doctors have been unable to do up to this point. Instead of the normal crazy anxiety and fear. I had to keep from laughing while she did my dental work. The staff are just simply amazing and left me with zero fears of returning to them.

I got my wisdom teeth out here and while the procedure was fine, the dentist lied to me in an attempt to upsell. She claimed I had a cavity that needed to be filled, she was very insistent. I've never had a cavity in my life so I immediately questioned her, and she then backed down and said "Well, it's a spot that could potentially become a cavity..." Yeah ok, all of my teeth are potential cavities. I refused the unnecessary procedure and guess what, still no cavities 3 years later. Didn't realize how messed up that was at the time so I'm posting now.

Very proffessional and very friendly atmosphere. But after my 2nd visit. Theres a problem. Ppl there are nice but i dont see how u can pull teeth from ppl and just send them out the door with no pain meds or penicillin. Like u no ppl gonna be in pain. Thats insane. Like as soon as tooth was pulled, i was sent out the door. Makes no sense. But u all make sure u get ppls money first, dont u? Thats just not right.

I had an emergency and was in a lot of pain and not much time to fix my teeth before my first son arrives in a week. Not only did they get me in from a walk in but I also got my teeth fixed IN THE SAME DAY!!! (Even tho the computer system was down half the day)The staff was so kind and really made me feel like I mattered. I highly recommend them and me and my family will continue to use them for years to come. PS I’m a nervous person when it comes to the dentist and they pulled 3 of my teeth in under 10 minutes after the numbing kicked in and it’s been 9 hours now and I’m sore but nothing like i thought I would be. Truly can’t say enough nice things about them!!!

Very helpful! New patient and had a sudden dental issue. After calling around to numerous dentists unable to be seen for at least 3 weeks out, Aspen Dental was able to work me in with no problems the next morning. Very convenient.

I had to tell multiple people at the office multiple times that I am pregnant and would not be getting x-rays. The tech guy had no idea you can only receive x-rays during a certain small window of pregnancy. They actually made me have my OB fax a letter stating I was pregnant, not really sure why they couldn’t just believe me when I said I was pregnant but whatever. It was also more expensive than I thought it would be but I liked the hygienist and I think she did a good job.

The staff have all been very nice. Doc is very straightforward which I like. She gets in there and gets it done fairly quickly.

Very straightforward. It's a different process than I've been through but it makes sense the way they do it. I got in the next day because someone cancelled. The other dentists around my area had a waiting list of 2 months.

So 3 or 4 years ago when I had all my major dental work done I would of rated it 5 stars. “Doc” is amazing dentist and does great, fast, and efficient work. Back then I had just paid a lot of $$$$ to get my teeth fixed and my smile back. It was great. Well as of now I have warranty for 7 years but they charged me an office visit to fix a broken tooth that was covered under my warranty and got no exam, no X-rays, nobody looked in my mouth or nothing. Doc finally came in and did not EVEN address or acknowledge my broke one until she’s cracking me upfront to “check out” and BC I said I could not afford to do options right today they wanted me out. I asked about options something that was told to be included in warrant is not and is only almost 1k and the office manager was not even going to go over implants BC they are 9k like they knew I couldn’t pay for it. I get like a cow getting pushed through and kicked out BC I had no milk $$$$. I felt so embarrassed, and so judged like she just knew I couldn’t afford it EVER in my life time. Well years ago it was fine and you were nice taking my 6k or 7k I spent. Yes I plan on doing other options but BC I say not at this exact moment and unless your forking out money they care less about you.
