Had my routine teeth cleaning done here and i highly recommend Aspen dental! I've also been here many times without any problems and the staff are all very knind and caring! If you need to find another dentist check them out first! You won't be disappointed!

The team seemed professional up front but after having 2 teeth extracted I was left unattended for an hour while the dentist helped other patients. In this hour I was bleeding and wasn't even given so much as a cotton ball to absorb it. The assitants continually used my lips as leverage for their tools and couldn't seem to keep their suction tools out of my throat. After the hour, I had 3 more teeth extracted and one tooth was beyond this dentists skill but instead of refering me to an oral surgeon, he continued to chip away at the tooth 1 piece at a time. I will never return to this establishment.

The office is clean and conveniently located. My cleaning and x-rays were thorough and well done. I deducted one star because they were 45 minutes late on my appointment.

Their $19 exam and x-ray deal is also kind of deceptive since it does not include a cleaning (like all other dentists I've used). After the exam, they sell you a cleaning for an extra $120. If they had just said $140 up front I would have no problem, but the unclear and somewhat shady bait and switch approach loses them another star. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is ;-)

Everyone was friendly and professional. They include you in the decisions on work needing done. Great help with programs for payment plans when you don't have insurance or things not covered by insurance. Relaxing atmosphere

They were prompt with their service and everyone, especially The Doctor. Place was exceptionally clean and sterile but not so much you felt clinical about it.

Very caring, friendly staff. Theresa, the hygienist is superb. Very thorough and caring. I had extensive cleaning and dental work done and very satisfied. And I have a phobia of going to the dentist, so for me to say it was not a horrible experience says something!☺

I feel welcome every time I'm there and the entire staff are friendly! My permanent nurse, Teresa Davenport, and her fill-in nurse, Shelia Johnson, are my favorites and so wonderful!!!

I think they took enough x-rays to kill a horse! Refused to do any fillings without full periodontal cleaning and the sticker shock was over $8000.00. I didn't like the way they approached needed work, and cost on crowns and partials was much more than other providers. Don't recommend!

After going to a real dentist, they pointed out all of the things the doctors at aspen dental got wrong. When doing a large filling, they didn’t throughly clean the cavity, leaving bacteria in there that has ruined a tooth I thought they fixed. Additionally, the extracted a tooth that was perfectly fine. They were supposed to extract one, and pulled the other. It was a harrowing, hour(s) long experience.
For your sake, go to a real dentist’s office!

Incompetence is all this place knows. We schedule cleaning and arrive to only get an inspection. We reschedule but have to cancel but call in the day of the appointment. I call to reschedule again and am told we missed 4 appointments. I argue we missed 1 each and called in. They have a 24hr rescheduling policy which is reasonable yet the office manager has to get on the phone and rudely "make sure I am coming this time' and before I hang out she tells her receptionist to 'ask again' that I was coming. I felt sorry for the embarrassed receptionist. My wife goes back to my distain. The dentist and assistant are arguing the entire time about which tool is which. Then she magically needs a root canal which we have a hard time trusting. And last the give her a prescription in the wrong name and the assistant just marks over the name. No pharmacist would ever risk their license filling that. The level of incompetence is unbelievable and the manager is a terrible one. Her lack of professionalism alone is reason enough not to go there.
