I have always been petrified of the dentist but it got to the point where I had to do something to protect my overall health. I found Aspen Dental and thank God! From the appointment scheduling to the consultation to the actual procedure I have had a great experience. Dr. Pham is wonderful. She is caring, knowledgeable and funny! She made the whole experience much more bearable. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, brand new smile in less than 1 week and I feel great. The entire staff at the Johnson City office is professional and courteous and I am recommending them to anyone who will listen. Thank you all and God Bless!

A couple upper staff and the dentist have done this job so long they forget how to be respectful and patient caring. I had to return my dentures and then be without after all teeth had been pulled simply because I paid for the best brand which kept breaking.

The dentist refused to treat me because I wanted to make an informed decision for myself rather than blindly follow her recommendation. I was very unimpressed and felt that she completely violated the statement on their paperwork that they are committed to being "no pressure." She made no effort to have a conversation with me, just walked out and sent the office manager to get me. When I requested to speak with the dentist again I was told she would not speak to me.
The office manager, however, was wonderful in helping me get my needs met in a VERY satisfactory way.

The staff there is great!! Only downside is the scheduling seemed to be off that day as the wait in the back was tremendously long and seemed over booked for that time frame. Also split my lip from pulling on my mouth during the procedure. As far as the staff though they are very professional and polite with great personalities.
Editing- something was messed with after my first appointment..I had cavity fillings and havent been able to eat on that side since I had work done to them. They were not sensitive before I had them filled so its hard not to feel aggravated that now in june I cannot eat on that side and have to pay for that .

Teresa, my hygienist, was also thorough in cleaning my teeth and explaining home care. One of the best hygienist that has cleaned my teeth.

Went in to see Dr. Phung Johnson for an extraction with no appointment and no insurance and was out the door in a few hours for less than $200.
Make sure you show up early(7am) and, for God’s sake, be nice! These are incredibly professional and caring people.

Fisrt of all. The lady Teresa who cleaned my teeth was awesome. I was told that I needed 5 fillings and a root canal. First visit back they did two fillings. The doctor and assistant who did mine were very rude and extremely rough. The assistant kept dropping things and complaining that her hand was hurting. The doctor kept fussing because she said my mouth was too tiny and my tongue too big. It took them So long that my lips started quivering uncontrolably. I have never been hurt at the dentist the way they did to me ever. And the very next day my tooth beside of the one they filled started braking off pieces now I'm in pain until I can find somewhere I can trust. Never going there again. Just wanted to save someone else from this
