First time there. They took X-rays and the Dentist checked the teeth. So far from the receptionist, the woman who took the X-rays, the woman that checked us out were great. The dentist was incredible, super attitude, made the first visit a memorable one. She is an asset to Aspen dental!!!!!!
On my next visit Teresa was great. Was very gentle when she was taking care of my gum problem.
They continue to be outstanding from the front desk to Teresa, X-ray tech and of course the dentist.I forget her name but she is Asian.

The staff is great. Dr. Johnson seems to be always n a great mood, something that would make coming to work enjoyable. I have had nothing but kind and courteous service with the utmost professionalism.
When the staff at Aspen Dental can take care of the oral problems, either in-house or sent out, can make you feel less stress, but above all they make you feel like you are a part of the “family” at Aspen.

I wish I could rate Aspen Dental in Johnson City, Tn higher than five stars. These people were absolutely fabulous from the person who took X-rays, to the dental hygienist, to the finance person, and last but not least, the dentist. Wow! My niece was so nervous and they all made her feel at ease. They were kind, caring, and compassionate. Thank you for making something that my niece expected to be a horrific experience not so bad after all.

I’m not sure if I was treated nicely because they want great reviews or if it’s because these guys are genuinely nice. 🤷🏾♂️ No matter the reason, I was beyond delighted with the customer service I was given. This is the very first google review I have ever done, and it is the only time I felt compelled to write a review because of such a great job everyone did at aspen dental in Johnson city Tennessee. A special thanks to a girl named Brittany at aspen. She has been doing what she does for around 20 years and it shows! she was great doing my X-rays as a PSR. It’s been years since Ive been to the dentist, so I was hesitant to go because of what the dentist may think of me, but Charlene is a dental assistant and she wasn’t afraid to open up a conversation to make me feel like family at aspen dental. Destiny was my consultant. She went over the option of a $130 dollar toothbrush and I bought it. You know it’s good customer service when you spend over $100 on a toothbrush! The good news is that she explained very well the difference between a regular brush and the on they had.Oh, and how could I forget about the one that did my cleaning. Teresa! I’m not sure if she is related to mother Teresa or not, but I’ll google some stuff and find out 😅. All jokes aside, I couldn’t ask for a more fun, upbeat, loving individuals to work on my smile. For all of you at aspen dental….. Thank You 🙏🏽

I went in for a cleaning and I had visited before, but this time I had new insurance and after the cleaning I was told Aspen didn't accept it. That was a bummer but the lady at the front desk worked quickly to leave me with a better experience and I really appreciated that.
Also special mention to the dental hygienist Theresa ( I may be spelling it wrong) she is fantastic and warm and friendly. I am really introverted so I didn't feel like I was particularly endearing but she was very kind. The foreign- accented lady Doc is decidedly less charismatic.

Amazing staff and great atmosphere. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, no one felt the need to shame me for my cavities. They worked with me to come up with a cleaning routine that fits my schedule. Highly recommend!
