I had a filling in may. Told them it was still hurting. Now it's end of October an the fastest they could get me in was December after being told by the dentist to call in the morning to get worked in since I couldn't eat have lost 40lbs! Wouldn't take a dog there

My first visit here and from the time we checked in til we left the staff was amazing 🤩🤩🤩. Heather, Teresa, Sheila, Destiny, and Dr. John...we're out of this world. They all took their time with us, listened to our needs, went over every procedure with us. Recommend Aspen Dental in Johnson City to anyone that needs dental service. Thank you all, can't wait til my next visit. You all made my fiance Travis Grant very comfortable today, he was so nervous.

I admit that I was scared to get my top teeth pulled. Paid in full for it but kept canceling. Finally said okay I have to get it done eventually. Made the appointment went today. The staff was great and caring. They made it more comfortable by explaining each step. Not as bad as I thought. Mouth is sore but the denture is beautiful ❤️
Thanks to the doctor she was great and funny which helped me to relax. Keep up the great work. Excellent customer service !!

Info: I was a walk-in with a dental emergency, tooth abscess.
I’ve never had an experience where they share so much knowledge on bettering your dental hygiene. I’ve been to dentist and they have never gave out this type of information to you! They care here! They are very detailed oriented! From the second I walked in they were beyond amazing, from the front desk receptionist all the way to the dentist and everyone in between!

I’m not a huge fan of the dentist but everyone in the office made me so comfortable and at easy. They also told me what needed to be done and then sat down with me and come up with a plan. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I will never go anywhere else.

I will no longer be an aspen dentist customer. I had an appointment last Tuesday and got a cleaning (deep). They charged me for a deep cleaning when my insurance covers regular cleanings for free. They explained that a deep cleaning is different but I am not sure that what ever they did is 280.00 different nor did it seem like it was different from a regular cleaning. They also broke a filling during the cleaning and was told I have to wait till December and would have to pay for it (not my fault). I contacted the regional managers office and they had a lady call me. She explained how a deep cleaning is different from a regular one and that I would not really notice a difference from the regular cleaning. She did not address the filling issues. Had I known I would have just done my free regular cleaning on my insurance vs paying 280 out of pocket but they charge you before hand. Of course I am powerless in this situation but I can leave a review on social media of my negative experience , especially with the broken filling that I will have to pay for and couldn’t get fixed till December. Luckily, I called another dentist who actually seemed to care and is going to get my filling fixed up in few weeks.

"very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable" was my original review 5 months ago ..
since that time, i have had to wait all 5 months to have any fillings put in and during that 5 month wait, had an appointment to get 2 (out of 5) cavities filled cancelled without speaking to me to confirm the change, so then when i showed up for my appointment, i was simply told i did not have an appointment that day but they will be happy to fill all 5 cavities the following month (late September 2022). When I show up to that appointment, I am told I am only scheduled for 3 fillings, not 5 - by both the dentist and her assistant. So then when I convince them waiting longer than 5 months to get the worst two of my five cavities filled, is unacceptable ... the grinder the dentist uses to "trim" the bonding agent they use for the fillings manages to hit my teeth more than a few times and i am now a few days out, noticing that my teeth are literally crumbling. whats even more memorable is 5 months ago, the first time i saw this dentist, she informed me "now remember, if any more teeth up top get pulled, we can no longer give you partials and will need to pull all remaining top teeth so you can get a plate instead" ... then never schedule me for partials and do all they can to insure i do indeed lose more teeth ... presumably for their own monetary needs, perhaps?
my new description?
"manipulative, uncaring, and conniving"
please do not ruin your teeth by going here
