Aspen Dental

My experience with Aspen Dental has been very positive to date. I have had an exam and a cleaning. Shelia did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth, very gentle and no pain even though I had a sensitive tooth. I have future procedures scheduled and look forward to their continued professionalism and excellent patient service.

They are great! So so nice and made me feel good and comfortable. I have bad anxiety and going to the dentist gives me so much more anxiety, but the dentists, and the hygienists made me feel so at ease and comfortable and helped me so much! Even the ladies in the front made me feel great! Even when I called to make my appointment I felt great and ready because the receptionist was just so nice and honest and just talked to me and did not rush me off the phone, that was the first awesome sign that they are amazing! They are happy and in a good smiling mood all the time. Laughing and just a great homey feel environment! 100% recommend them! I seen both dentist and they are both amazing! Thank you for making a VERY anxious, scared, nervous,uncomfortable, not confident, and uneasy feeling person (ME! 🙋🏽‍♀️) feel so much better and at ease, comfortable, confident, not scared, and all the above! You all are great and the best dentist I’ve ever been too! Thank you 🙏🏼 😊

I am not a big fan of dental work, and I've only had x-rays and consult so far but everybody was just fantastic here.

My first time going to this dentist office, the front desk associate were very nice. The dentist was very rude and gave me false information, I just didn’t like the experience I had I don’t think I will be returning…

Best dentist office I've visited! No one made me feel judged. Plus, I was given reasonable prices for my specific dental wants and needs. Thank you to all the kind staff that took care of me today.

Very friendly and welcoming, the staff definitely makes you feel good about your self. All financial options were laid out on the table for me. They will work with you as much as they can, and they want to give you the smile you want and deserve(it's never too late). There are many ways to go about your decisions financially, wether it's all at one or you pay at your own pace, they even have financing available. Great place and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very impersonal. Felt like buying a car. Very little listening from the staff. Tried to get me to sign up for $15,000.00 of work and offered a payment plan. When I said no they wouldn't let it go. Kept trying to close the deal. Money seemed more important than my dental needs. The woman who took my X-rays was very nice. That's the only nice thing I can say.

I was nervous at first but they took the time to explain everything in detail to me, and they make sure that they have the best scan of your mouth so that your denture will fit properly when they get your teeth out and put it in. I was worried at first because I thought that I would have it all done in one day like some other offices do, but now that I have been to Aspen I feel better about how they do things and take the time to make sure you will have the best fit! I am excited to have a new smile in a week!! Thanks to all the staff for being so understanding and sincere.

Hands down one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. I lost my dental insurance about two years ago when I turned 18 so I had been putting off the dentist for a while. Then my mom found out about Aspen and how affordable they were so I decided to give them a try. I went in for an initial exam and x-rays and found out I had two cavities. I ended up getting my cleaning done that day when I hadn't even planned which was wonderful and then I came back about four weeks later for my cavities and I had never in my life had a cavity so I was very nervous but they were absolute fantastic! the biggest reason for writing this review is because of my wisdom tooth experience today. I was absolutely terrified knowing I wasn't going to be able to be put to sleep for an impacted wisdom tooth so I freaked out the whole way there. when I got back there the lady who numbed it with two shots was amazing. by far the best its ever been done and she made me laugh and smile the whole time while letting me know everything she was doing to calm me down. then Dr. Pham came in to extract it and I loved her so much from the last appointment it helped a little. she was very fast and had it out in like two minutes. Her assistant was wonderful and let me squeeze her hand without even asking. It ended up not even being a bony impaction just a soft tissue so she ended up charging me less and now I have a credit to my account for the future! Overall it was the best experience a person could have being awake during a wisdom tooth extraction. It's such a blessing to have found them and I will be with the Johnson City office for a while. Affordable and compassionate care is the best way to describe it!
