I've been here miltiple times to fix extensive cavities (32) and every visit is great. Dr. Major numbs me up well (which is difficult) and I'm in and out within an hour usually. The costs are worth it because you get what you pay for, professional, kind, and through. Plus with the different payment options it makes it easier for regular maintenance/care. I've not had any emergency visits so Idk about those, but regular scheduled visits are great.

BAD IDEA. Aspen is in it just for the money and they count on the shock factor when people hear their Moved to this area in June and made appt.for dental checkup in Jan., just three mos. past my appointment date with my former dentist. I have always had regular checkups with a good dentist and have never had an undue amount of work needed. Well, almost 3 1/2 hours later I left, having been told I needed $8,729 worth of work done. The foreign dentist spoke very rapidly and spent almost no time describing this $8,729 of work needed. Plus I was told I had mild to moderate periodontal disease and I needed a $694 periodontal scaling and root planing, which I agreed to and had to pay for before they would do it. Now mind you, I have never even had gingivitis or bleeding gums, so I should have had more sense, but I paid and had the work done, which amounted to less cleaning than my former hygienist did for $135. She basically scraped off the tartar, apologized a lot for hurting me, which she wasn't, gave me a little speech geared to a child,
(I'm 73) a bottle of flouride rinse, and sent me on my way. Didn't even polish my teeth like my hygienist always does. Gave me a tube of the polish and told me to use my finger. She spent less than 30 minutes on my teeth for $694. I was shocked and should have questioned the charge vs.work done, but had waited so long for her that I just left. Big mistake because when I called to speak with someone about the cost, the woman was nice enough, but she just reviewed the charges, which I already knew, and kept calling me "Dear". After the third "dear" I asked her please not to call me that. I said I know I'm old, but that doesn't mean I want to be called dear. She said she would have a supervisor call me and hung up. No goodbye, just hung up. Of course no one ever called me. I will be going to a

Visit this Aspen location at your own risk! The office manager is the worst and shouldn't be allowed to run a fruit stand. I cannot express how much you should stay away from this place.

I had a dental procedure here preformed by a Vietnamese Dentist. I had a tooth removed and she didn't use enough of the numbing agent and kept saying I had plenty. She cracked my tooth and it came out in several pieces. I was in a lot of pain afterwards and she was didn't want to prescribe pain medication. I do not suggest this clinic to anyone ever!

The staff is amazing and friendly. They are patient and understanding. I’ve yet to have any problems and I’ve been going here for 2years. Would highly recommend them

staff is all great and polite. i had my baby with me and they didnt have any problem. howevee this location needs more than one doctor. and unless corporate is requiring them to have a jammed pack they need to reduce the amount of appts a day because its way too busy for one doctor to keep up with. i had to wait almost an hour just for a consultation. and i ended up walking out because it took so long.

im sure the service is great but wait times this long are really inconvenient and just annoying.

also this place is pretty dirty... not a good sign for a dental facility

Terrible visit. I went back to aspen because the crown they put on not even two years ago shattered and fell off. They said they only warranty them for one year. Also said it was my fault for not coming back to put the permanent cement on it when actually I did come back in to have that done but they could not get the crown loose enough to do the procedure. They told me at the time to just go without it and if it starts to feel loose to come back in. That is exactly what I did but the day it felt loose it actually came off. It is not my responsibility to put the permanent stuff on it is Aspen responsibility. I made the effort of coming in a few days after the crown was put on and they failed to put the permanent cement on. It is not my fault that they could not do the job they are suppose to do.

The check in process was seamless, the xray tech did a good job (not too much pain there);however, once i was in the exam room, the paper on the chair where my head rested, appeared to have been used already and was not changed before I sat down, the counter area was strewn with equipment and tools and looked disorganized. I was given my quote for the recommended procedures for me. I am a self pay patient but there was nothing mentioned about discounted options until I asked, as I was walking out of the room. Not impressed with the overall experience.

Experience was good, treatment was ok but office a little fast paced for a retired, laid back person like me. Felt like a product on a conveyor belt where profit was the main push. Could be recovery from being closed during COVID-19. Main reason for using was I’m a full time RV’er so offices all over made Aspen a good choice.
