Customer service Horrible, Horrible Horrible!!!!
Went to the Odessa TX. branch to have a crown put in on one of my molars. I paid for the work to be done because my dental insurance would not pay for it. They billed me for approximately $600 - which again I paid for out of pocket as they would not do the service until the fees were paid in advance. 2 months later I get a bill from collections for an additional $294. I called the Odessa TX office and asked for an explaination - Thw billing manager there told me that the girls at the office here billed you incorrectly and they are no longer employed here. Feeling that I was not in the wrong, but I paid the billed to which I was given at that time and paid it in full - she basically told me "that's the bill and that all all I have to say about it". Then when I asked her name again she rudely hung up on me. They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INEFFECIENT IN THEIR BILLING PRACTICES. A number of phone attempts failed to resovle the situation. MY ADVICE, FIND ANOTHER DENTAL PROVIDER AND DO NO ENDURE THE SAME LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THAT I HAD TO ENDURE!!!

I called because of tooth ache and just knew I would have to wait but no I had appointment that same day. The people at front desk are very efficient and all very nice and very helpful. I wasn't in waiting room long enough to even do paperwork. I would and I am going back.

Dr. Kim was great. How they let her get away is beyond me. Perhaps it was beyond their control. If you want to communicate with this office, go in personally. If you call the number, you will get their corporate office. Big disconnect between the corporate person and office personnel. This is their flaw.

I had a tooth ache since last wens day. I came in Monday to me familia dental with out an appointment was seen fast. Dr.pulled two of my teeth out in less then fifteen minutes. I was in and out.Thank you to Mi Familia dental I feel much better and ready to work tomorrow😷😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

I went to Familia Dental, received x-rays and was told I needed an extraction. I went for a second opinion at a different Dentist and they actually extracted a completely different molar that Familia Dental had said was causing my pain. If I had not seeked a second opinion, Familia Dental would've extracted the wrong molar!!
