My daughter in law had numerous visits in the last month and it only made matters worse. She went in for two broken teeth which they ultimately did not extract. Did so many fillings that she has been in pain since. Ended up in an emergency dentist office today to learn that one of the fillings should have been a root canal from the get go. Now she is on antibiotics again and pain medication until she can have the root canal next week. They waited until the last minute to get her insurance approval for the extractions so that it was denied since her insurance ran out at the end of the month. Brand new mom who has had precious time with her baby stolen from her due to the pain and all they said was that she could come back in so they could do something for the pain.

Gotta say I have an amazing dentist Dr kona and her assistant Jasmin were very professional and explained everything they were doing during my visit I would highly recommend them both to family and friends thank you again for everything 😊

Staff was friendly. Unfortunately though we went three separate times and they refused to perform a tooth extraction due to high blood pressure. Which for the most part I understand however, its the dentist and people are getting teeth pulled; blood pressure is bound to rise. The other issue was that after refusing to pull the teeth a third time we asked for a refund as we had already paid for the procedure which amounted to $690. We were told that as the payment had been "sent to the main office" (whatever that means) it would take 3 weeks for them to process our refund. THREE WEEKS. Thats frankly unacceptable for a cost of $690. I honestly don't like leaving this review as like I stated the staff is very nice and friendly however the issue with the refund and the frustration of the process in general is too much to ignore.

They are super unorganized. Everytime I request a specific dentist we are given a different one. The first one messed up on my filled and had to re do it because it was within the 6 months and was causing me pain but its already too late thanks to Patel's mistake I now have extreme pain and need a root canal because he didnt correctly fill my cavity to begin with. Not to mention he is super rude.

Grace and Jessica are amazing overall, great management. Dr. Kona did a great job on my child's cleaning and made him feel safe and comfortable. She explained everything before she proceeded and explained it accordingly. The RDA'S were very knowledgeable and friendly. Insurance was a breeze I didn't have to file myself, they do everything for you so as a Busy Mom that's always a plus. Don't listen to any of the bad reviews take a chance on Familia and see for yourself they truly are the best.
