Our boys enjoy going here. The staff is always friendly and explain what they are about to do. We have one that goes for ortho and one that goes for general dentistry. The only complaint I have is the ortho is not in the office any time her kids have days off of school or any Friday. Without another ortho in the office, it makes it hard to schedule appointments on school holidays/early release days/days off.

My father, mother, and I go to Familia Dental and every time we go, we ask for Dr. Hyo jin Kim. She does excellent work and is very thorough. The procedures and treatments that she gave to my parents was phenomenal. My mother was suffering for many years with sensitive teeth, and Dr. Kim did a treatment and it has really helped with her sensitivity. My father's procedure was more complex, but Dr. Kim still did an excellent job. She also doesn't try to do fake stuff to make it more expensive; she is honest, straight-to-the-point, and well-learned in her career. We all strongly recommend her!!

Great experience as soon as I walked in the door . Seth made sure my daughter wasn’t nervous during the procedures and helped keep her calm . This is the only dental office we come to.

All of the staff are very friendly. I have gone to several dentists and wasn't happy. When I went to my dentist at familia dental I was very pleased and my teeth are the healthiest they've ever been. Everything has been corrected exactly how I've wanted my teeth!

This place is ridiculous. I will never recommend anyone to come here EVER! A waste of time. I paid for procedure and waited for over a month while in pain just to be disappointed when i got here for my appointment. I was told that my teeth had to be sent back because there was an error while molding them. Not to mention, the money wasted just for them to look at my teeth. Never again😰😰

I was very nervous because of some things friends of mine had said about the rough treatment they had received at the hands of dr joseph, so when I got time to go in i was nearly in tears in fear, but i soldiered on. When i asked who the dentist would be since there are a few they said it was dr joseph and I nearly passes out. No way, so they changed me to dr Kim, who will be leaving them by next month ugh! Anyway, Derrick did everything in his power to make me feel safe showing me the things that would be used and detailing everything so there were no surprises. They only did the work that I asked for, fillings and a cavity plus a cleaning. Dr kim told me everything she was going to do during the entire time and constantly asked me if I was ok or did anything hurt. Even the anesthesia was gentle believe it or not. By the time she was done I had a picture perfect smile. It was my front teeth after all and I had no pain except getting used to not having the cold water on my sensitive teeth anymore. Could not have been happier and I will definitely return for everything I need done from now on.
