Kendra was very helpful with getting me an appointment and helping me reschedule my follow up appointment. She went above and beyond to help me out. Dr. Achalla was awesome. He was very detailed and informative about my situation and what to do for preventative care. They are the reason I’m giving a five star rating. There is one lady in the front office that needs some customer relations and communication skills training. 🍴🐧

I switched over from the Hobbs, New Mexico office to the Odessa, Texas office even though it is a further drive for us. Odessa got us in quickly like within Two days! The Hobbs office are very unprofessional, rude, have no sympathy or understanding for their patients! This does not include the dental hygienists in the back. These are the staff in the front! The FIRST IMPRESSION when coming into the office are these ladies!!!! I’ve worked in many offices, in the front and know “trying” to help or figuring out a solution is what we are there for! Odessa did just that!! AWESOME first impression, understanding and great attitudes! My daughter finally felt like the orthodontist finally paid attention to her concerns regarding her braces and teeth! Come to find out she did have issues and are NOW being addressed accordingly!!! Glad I finally wised up!

I was told that if I missed my appointment I would have to be requoted and start my braces process over. When I saw the Orthodontist he said you haven’t been here since July. I said no I was here last month, “October”. He said there’s no note. I said you’re the new Orthodontist right he said yes I told him I saw u last month. No wonder they were trying to requote me cuz there’s no note. They didn’t try to requote me when they didn’t have an Orthodontist for MONTHS!!! They were trying to charge me for all the months they didn’t have an Orthodontist. How is that my fault??? Their reply we charge by contract not by visit! So if I’m contract doesn’t that mean they have to provide the service per CONTRACT? Can’t wait to get these braces off!!! Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone!

I went to Familia Dental for a clean up and all I can say is that I personally had a great experience, the staff was friendly. The girl Andromeda that works at the front treated me well and answered all the questions I had with no issues, she also helped me with my insurance which for some reason many other places do little to nothing to help. I usually have a hard time getting my x-rays done but thanks to the patience of Yesenia I was able to get it done without a major problem.

Trista is vary nice and is gentle she rilly cares About my teeth and braces. she never hurts me hurts me when she's putting in the wires.I Definitely recommend her.
