If I could I would give them 0 worst dentist I have ever been to I went it because I needed an exam and cleaning I also had a tooth hurting and all they said was they couldn’t do anything. They were also sure unorganized and unprofessional.

I had a great experience and dr. Muhammad was kind and went pretty easy on the extraction.

Over all experience was good. Made a prescription but no one called, told me when it would be ready or anything. Everyone was nice but the dentist was a tiny bit rude, told me my step son didn't brush his teeth, I replied with yes he does just not twice a day sometimes, but then he replied with I see his teeth, he doesn't brush at all! But other than that we like it.

I love love this Odessa office! My daughter was never been comfortable with her last dentist she would cry and kick n scream... but we switched dentists offices and now with these awesome ladies she sits and conversates and not a single tear were are in and out with an exceptional experience, it's the greatest feeling to see my daughter walk out No tears, feeling proud, happy, heard and treated like a whole little person. Dr. Kona and her assistant Jacklin are amazing with my daughter i could never thank them enough!

Dr. Patel and his assistant Erynn were outstanding today. The ladies in the front office were exceptional as well. After having a very bad experience at another practice, I drove to Familia Dental. Everyone did everything they could to make my day better and to customize a treatment plan for me. I appreciate what you all did today.

Dr Nguyen was great. Very compassionate about my situation and my fear of dental work. However about the 3rd in mouth xray I could taste blood from being pinched with the device.

And when you get there you have to wait hours while the doctor figures out what's going on
