We explained to this dentist that we had already had a free exam and had an appointment that Monday for an extraction. We told them we could not wait til Monday to get the extraction done because he was in so much pain. When we got there we gave them our insurance card and they told us there was a problem running insurance because their system was acting up. Then said we would have to pay cash orice and they would reimburse us on Monday when they could run the insurance. We explained that we could not pay a few hundred for an extraction so if it was going to cost that don’t bother seeing us. They said that the price usually ran around 95 dollars, but we would have to pay 60 dollars for the exam. We paid it because we would be reimbursed on Monday and would be reimbursed for the extraction. After the exam they told us it would cost 400 for the extraction (twice as much as the cash price at the dentist we already had an appointment with.) I was so mad I asked for a refund on the 60 we had already paid and was not given it. Not only that, but they STILL (a month later) have NOT reimbursed us for what insurance covered. I would not recommend this scam of an operation to my worst enemy. If I could I would give them negative stars! -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Negative five stars. They are the polar opposite of the best rating.

I went in for a cleaning and they tried to tell me my insurance didn't cover it and I would have to pay out of pocket! I told them that was incorrect and they needed to check it again and they said that it was with the system told them. I cancelled my appointment and called my insurance carrier and they verified I do have coverage and would cover my cleaning along with other extensive coverage. They are scammers I would not go to them!
