My son recently had braces put on and staff has always been friendly even though he has seen a different dentist on every visit since he was 3 yrs old. He has taken great care of his teeth and braces. Now the brackets are coming loose are falling off! This bracket woke him up because he almost swallowed it while sleeping! They replace up to five brackets for free, then charge $95 for each additional bracket. Is this going to be an ongoing issue? At the time braces were being put on, we overheard a customer complaint about stopping payment on his braces because his brackets & wires kept malfunctioning and wanted to seek treatment elsewhere. I didn't think anything of it, but now since we're 1 month into this, Im starting to get very concerned about the whole deal, this is my son's 1st huge purchase on his own😳

Waiting times are ridiculous!!!!!! I don’t know what the point is of having appointments if they are still taking forever to call you. And then after they call you wait again in the room. I will be looking for a different dentist

The worst!! They are always messing up on payments. They say we owe more when we have already paid. They have done this more than twice with both of my daughters. Poor customer service too and they never answer the phone. It always goes to the call center. I don’t recommend them at all.

Such an amazing place I am a patient of Dr.konas I go every 6 months for my cleaning she does an amazing job her amazing assistant Jasmin always makes me feel comfortable before getting my cleaning done love going ! 👍🏽

Overall, I have been going to this dentist for around 6 years. I have yet to have a positive experience. Whether it’s the staff’s hostile and outright rude behavior to their inability to listen to patients, I have never felt at home in this dentist. Rather than put the needs of their patients first, they seem to view them merely as price tags, charging unnecessary fees around every corner. While having braces for 5 years I was treated harshly with the inside of my mouth constantly scarred from poorly trimmed wires. Furthermore let the constant change of staff be an indication of the quality of the office seeing as even the staff doesn’t want to be there. After the removal of my braces I decided to never come back but was forced to yesterday. Seeing as I hadn’t been there in over a year I was willing to give the office another chance. I should not have. Truly embarrassed to have had dental work done here and will never recommend to anyone. 0/10
edit: after returning the following day the staff didn’t take to nicely to this constructive criticism (having obviously read the review and made reference to it) which highlights the professionalism of the ADULTS there.

They didn’t even see my son we have never changed dental insurance , which i reface they took forever to verify it after 32 hours of waiting they still didn’t have it i decided I’m leaving to another dentist .
