I love this dentist because it is a good doctor!!!!

FamilIa dental has improved so much in the past year. I am a very satisfied customer. Dr Achalla is Awesome!!!! I have recommended him to all my friends and family!!!

This place is ONLY good for x-ray and simple filling and taking your money!!! I was I pain doctor did not even give me nothing for the pain!Just told to go to this surgeon he had a price sheet what he charges😏 LOOKS LIKE HE'S IS CAHOOTS WITH HIM.but the part I am mad about it I am in pain!! and I called other surgeon can see me until in 2week I went back to the denist told my problem and still nothing for the pain!!!! Take Advil 😠it's not working!!!! Hello that why I made a appointment with you doctor. SOME doctor are just in for the money not in the care of patient.

Trista helped with getting my braces changed. She was very sweet and kind. She made sure I was comfortable with what was going on.

Went in for a procedure, had an appointment, sat in waiting room for 50 minutes past my appointment time(waiting on response from insurance, which they had my insurance information for 3 days) when one person looked up the information on the internet and had an answer within 10 min. Finally made it to the back 1 hour and 10 min past my appointment time and procedure took only 10 min. Procedure went well.

Going to Familia Dental, left a long lasting, secure peace as a remission Cancer patient, low immune system and long roots of my teeth.
Dr Venkata Achalla did an excellent procedure, with his calm mannerism, and says it as it is. Other teeth was recommended due to my roots and being a prior Cancer patient, to go to an oral surgeon, but he was very sure of himself which gave me an inner peace which I needed so bad after a year and a half of uncertainty of remission effects, and loosing hope, an now of not having to look no more, Glory to God.
Extracted my tooth quickly, pain was none, left with excitement cause I do not again have to look no more, thank you Familia Dental for making this journey a pleasant, happy experience.

my experience with Familia has been HORRIBLE from the start! Long waits, they are in such a rush that they are rough with the patients, NO ONE knows what they’re doing and NO ONE can answer any questions about ANYTHING!!! Every time we talk to the staff they give us a different stories. We drove over an hour to pick up my husbands’ partial and it literally BROKE before we even got home! We had to call the office back to ask if he could eat with it and talked to 2 people, both of whom told us something different! The dentist didn’t even show or explain anything about it until we asked!!! I called to get a refund and spent 30 minutes getting transferred until I FINALLY was transferred back to where I started in the first place!!!

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the dental assistant as well as the dentist. I was a new patient and got an appointment that same day to have the work I needed. I highly recommend Familia Dental and have plans to make this my family's dentist.

The worst experience ever !!!
Stay away. My poor child was made to suffer at the hands of a dentist who took some very long needles stuck them slowly into her gums while she shook, tears streaming and in excruciating pain kept telling us she would be fine continued to work on her mouth as she cried in pain. Had i been aware that the anesthetic he said he had applied had not taken i would never have allowed her to sit through that monsters work.
i complained. At the next checkup we were assigned a new dentist who was better and appeared to care about children.
The last checkup was yesterday i walked in they make you sign all forms before work is done (which seems wrong by the way).
We wait and eventually the very first dentist appears (The Monster). I am in shock and embarressed, disgusted that after i had made the complaint never to put my child back with this man who has no compassion toward children is given our appointment and i am not told. It explained why his side kick the moody assistant did not greet us or seemed to have any customer service skills whatsover
And still she lacked this warmth that her collegues seemed to have.
Again we are given another dentist who seemed good at what she is doing only overworked, as she is unable to come finish what she started in our room as she is switching and rotating her time between multiple patients the wait is too long so we leave without any actual work being done.
Horrible experience !!

My son has been going here for many years, we've never had any issues. The staff has always been very helpful and nice. Dr. Patel is amazing!
