Nothing but good experiences!! Dr. Patel and staff are always very nice and polite. I will continue all my dental services here.

When I first went here, I was helped so generously by Dr. Kim. This was 8 months ago. I loved her. Explained things well, made sure I had follow ups, took her time, and I came back just for her. However, this new Male doctor is the total opposite. He is very kind and a positive individual, but when it came to work and my teeth he was nothing like Dr. Kim. He went to fast, didn't explain things in depth, and didn't seem to care much for my teeth. If he's the new doctor I'm seeing I will not be going back here.

Overall great experience. They were able to schedule a same day appointment. We were in and out in just over an hour for 2 of us, which is amazing. Everyone was nice. Dr.Achalla and his assistant Ms.Odi were amazing. The place was very well designed and cleaned. I have no complaints.

This place is great for braces, however, service isn’t so. The personnel in the afternoon are rude and do little to nothing to help you out; if anything they just sit there and argue. I wouldn’t recommend this place in the afternoon just because of the poor service they offer. If you would like better service, then go early in the morning; they are friendly.

I was in town over the weekend and my son had an accident to where he knocked out his teeth and I had taken him to the hospital and I called this dental office and verified they took his insurance and they assured me they did. So we left the hospital and went to their office on Saturday. Once I got there, they never asked for my sons insurance. They charged me $60.00 for the office visit which his insurance would have covered. I went ahead and paid it. Once we got to the back, the dentist wanted xrays of my sons mouth, which was great. The dental assistant came in and laid the mouth insert on the counter. I said something to her about placing it on the counter and told her to get a new screen because she was not putting that in my sons mouth after laying it on the counter, she got made and huffed and puffed and walked out of the room. Once we seen the dentist we talked about the plan of action and we agreed on what to do. Once we made the decision the dentist left the room and the front desk woman who has horrible customer service skills, came to the treatment room and told me they would not do the treatment plan that the dentist and I had just spoke about because they could not verify my sons insurance. EXCUSE ME WHAT??? If you knew you couldn't verify insurance when I called then why didn't you tell me? So my son was sitting there with a bleeding mouth and had a tooth coming out of his gum, poking his lip but yet you can't do anything because you can't verify insurance? I even offered to pay out of pocket for the procedure, and this woman said it's against our policy to allow you to pay out of pocket when the patient has insurance. WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? So you want to rob my insurance company and charge them thousands but yet you wouldn't let me pay out of pocket for a $300 visit. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. THEY HAVE THE WORST OFFICE STAFF. Please do NOT take your children here. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not worth the time to come here there never on times they make wait 40 to 1 hr before they get you in on your set time and they lie about the bills and always taken money from there customers never keeping the word cause they make you pay then send you another bill after a month to pay more after you paid the bill the when it even says a bill not a estimate and the secretary don't even show you when you ask them and they just say and not even show you proof. This will be my last visit for this company not worth my money or time plus i have insurance and they still charge me alot when having insurance never come back that's a promise.

The receptionist here are terrible their job!
My parents called to make an appointment, provided their insurance information and were given an appointment. At the time of the appointment the inept receptionist told them they were unable to look her benefits up. Am pretty sure they're supposed to call you before hand when there's insurance issues. The point is that my parents came in, the lady wouldn't look up their insurance, all she told the was that they couldn't verify her and got sent home.This happened TWO more times. They were given 2 more appointments and were sent home for the very same issues. WHY AREN'T THEY PROFESSIONAL! do your job or stop playing with people's time!

Excellent service. Dr Samata Kona and her assistant Arely were kind and courteous. Very comfortable environment.

My husband was in excruciating pain and had just lost his job therefore his dental insurance, I called and made an appointment for him and they were able to see him right away. Once there everyone was courteous and he had everything taken care of within an hour at a fantastic price. I would recommend them to anyone.
