I love this office! The environment is so uplifting, the front desk is so friendly and personable, the Doctors and DA are so kind and knowledgeable! Love love this office will be coming back and referring this office to friends and families!

Dr. Achalla is the best dentist hands down. He makes sure your comfortable through the whole procedure. My husband had to have 2 teeth extracted and Achalla was very patient and easy. I recommend him and his staff

bianca was Wonderful nurse 😊 how ever every visit has become a little more and more frustrating this last appointment turned out a whole mess because I currently have brackets on and I'm almost done with my treatment and it turns out they never gave out a clearance for brackets before getting them placed so now I'm having toothaches and they need to remove the wires to get a clearance when this should been done prior to my treatment..
last appointment I had a bigger balance then what I should of had it doubled up and they still don't know why that happened so it's getting to the point once im done with my treatment I will possibly never visit them again

Don’t go !! This place is a joke I been there everything was great so far but my last appointment was awful and a waste of money and time 1 hour and 15 mins to get called and for them to keep me waiting on the chair for 20 mins and they started taking my rubber bands off my braces and left me with half the work to go to another patient and still keep me waiting just awful !!!

First time getting a cleaning for my kids, the staff was very courteous and understanding of my kids fear and made the experience awesome. My 5 and 3 yo are thrilled to come back. Great staff and very open to questions and concerns.

My family and I have been coming to Familia Dental for 5 years now, they are very attentive & help my children feel safe & secure about their dental hygiene. The personal are always nice and friendly especially Jasmin Perez, she greets us takes us in to our room & explains the details of our visit in a quick and understandable manner. She helps ease my kids anxiety & explains what the dentist is going to do before the dr arrives. Her personality and charisma stand out, wish every office had such a helpful person as she. Definitely hope she continues to be the person to greet us.

I am never one to leave a review. If I could give a zero star I would! I was not greeted or welcomed. I had an appointment for 12:30 and I showed up at 12:15.
I was not seen until 4 PM front staff was horrible I would never recommend coming here there is no communication, no sympathy, no hospitality.
The whole thing was a joke Front staff was eating, on their phone, playing around listening to music on the headphones and ignoring patients. I had to call my insurance( myself) when I provided them with my insurance card because It had been over and hour and a half when. After 2.5 hours I asked about how much longer I was given no kind of remorse for the length of time that I was waiting for and was told to have a seat.
Not only was the front staff rude but the manager was as well I was standing in front of the door due to a line and the manager basically walked right past me and couldn’t even say excuse me. I had to beg (crying) asking about how much longer what possibly I could do to even be seen! I will never come back here and I’m thankful for Dr.Achalla and Jessica his dental assistant for be so kind and understanding I hate that they do work in such animosity environment.
If only front staff would actually love and care about there patients and there job.
Not ever was I given a true apology from the front staff.

The new orthodontist is extremely nice and actually makes an effort to talk to you about what the plan is for your teeth. Would definitely recommend Familia Dental for orthodontist services.
Bianca was also very gentle when changing out the color of my power chain !
