The black lady with the long braids was so rude the last time we were there she was extra extra rude. Andromeda at the front desk excellent as always and my kids LOVE Montana but the black lady is always rude with an attitude my family is black so I don’t get it. Familia Dental you need to send her to the customer service training the rest of the staff got because she was clearly absent that day. If the braces weren’t almost complete I would NEVER come back.... just had two more appointments on June 17,2019... black lady at front didn’t have the braids anymore but was rude as usual. She just put her two weeks in and this location has a new manager so we’ll see. Montana was great as usual.

Went in to get my wisdom tooth taken out, and the staff was extremely nice and professional. The doctors are very knowledgeable on their craft. Took only 30 minutes to get it done. Fair prices, and clean facility.

Love it here! I got my braces today &’ Jasmain did an awesome job, not only did she get done fast shes also Very great at explaining how to care for them . She’s amazing!

Very rude and embarrassed me in front of other patrons. I was ready to hand over 4000 dollars to get dentures. I asked the lady what all I needed to know before hand. She very rudely told me...What’s to know...you just make the appointment and get your teeth pulled. I then asked how long without teeth ... She said 3 to 4 months. I was told in a very loud voice that I couldn’t afford temporary dentures. I thought that was included in the quote they gave me. Other patients in the office heard her say that to me. I was so embarrassed. I just walked out. 😥

One of the best places in Odessa, staff is friendly. Didn't wait long for my appt. Dentists are on point. Andromeda was especially nice, talked me through any questions and concerns I had.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was really helpful and the dentist i saw was patient and very concerned anout my other medical conditions ans did not rush to give me a quick resolve. I will return in 1 week

The dentist staff st Familia Dental Odessa is very unfriendly and seems like they're just trying to get their job over with and go home. Took forever to finally see a dentist. The dentist then took the scraping tool and dug into my little stub of a tooth that had a temporary crown on it prior which was excruciatingly painful. Not sure what human being in their right mind would ever do that to anyone. Save your peace of mind, time and money there are much more caring and capable dentists elsewhere.

Doctor Patel was not only professional but very kind and humble, he pulled a wisdom tooth out for me and did it with grace! Never would I think I'd be using these words related to a dentist but it's TRUE he was amazing and so was the staff. They got me in and took care of that pesky tooth for me I recommend this place Patel is the man to go to!
