Love HFDC Mililani! The staff are always so friendly and are happy to be at work! Everyone always has a smile on their face! The doctors are great! They take the time to talk with you and have a relationship with you!!

The dentist I see is always in a rush. I'm surprised his work is pretty good being rushed like that. Otherwise, satisfied with the service.

I have been searching for a dentist for years.
Not anymore, The staff and Doctors at “Hawaii Family Dental”, is second to none. They make you feel comfortable and glad that you made a choice to a healthy and complete dental health care. I like a lot of you out there. Didn’t and don’t like to see the dentist. But, all of that has changed. I’m going to tell all my family and friends...if they need a Great Dentist...go and check out Dr. Dung and the rest of the awesome Physican’s there.

Needed a new Dentist and was referred here by a customer of mine. A very good choice. The staff is so friendly and light hearted. I have complete trust in the Dentists here. They've got our business.

Dr. Lee replaced a pesky crown for a vital tooth. He did so with concern for the integrity of the tooth and limited any re-modeling of the tooth. I ws surprised on how long it took to fit a crown but it was due to his attention to the fit and ensuring my bite was perfect. Thanks so much!

I love this office!! All the doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable in dentistry, and their goal is to give impeccable dental health care! I've never had so much trust in a dentist!!
Dr Choy is my dentist and I have to say, she has broken allot of barriers I've had, when it comes to dental work. The fear, the sounds, the "unexpected suspensce" of sitting in that chair. Dr Choy and the staff of the Mililani office have changed my views about coming to the dentist. The quality of work is exceptional, and the friendly atmosphere is what keeps me here!! Mahalo for all that you do!!

My dentists and hygienists are fine. Usually very nice and quick. The receptionists are the ones I am starting to have an issue with. They are usually pretty nice, but when it comes to missed appointments, they’re RIDICULOUS. I’ve alrdy missed an appt once and they waived the fee that time cuz it was my first time. So this time when I got the txt reminder for this appointment, I made sure to call a wk in advance to reschedule or at least cancel. I called at around 3pm... they should have been open but I got sent to voicemail. Fine, whatever... so I left a voicemail asking if someone could call me back to reached and letting them know that I can’t make it to my appt on the 8th.
The 7th comes around and I get another txt reminder. So I call on my work break. I told the receptionist that I called a wk ago to cancel and reschedule, but got sent to vm, so I left a msg for someone to call me back. She kept asking when I called, I didn’t remember, she kept asking, so I looked in my call log... it was April 30th. So she asked what time. I’m like idkkkk. Then looked again... was at 3:41pm. She told me that ‘they should have been open... but I left a msg? Did I leave it with a person or the machine?!’ I said ‘machine! Idk y no one answered the phone... I know they were supposed to b open. But no one answered!’
She kept acting like she’s trying to find this message... and I had to go back into work so I’m like, ‘can u please just cancel the appt and I’ll call back to resched later?’ And she said, ‘sure we can cancel it, but it’s gonna count as a missed appt.’ and I’m like, ‘um well I’m not paying that fee. I called... left a message... idk u guys didn’t get it. Plus the appt hasn’t even come yet!’
She said they could do a courtesy waive... but I have to do something when I come in nxt time or something.
Either way... they’re messed up when it comes to that $100 fee. I’m sure y’all get enough money from what u do... $100 is hella ridiculous. And why have a voicemail if the thing doesn’t work?! I’m sorry to complain, but it was just upsetting and I feel that as someone who works in good customer service, that receptionist should have just said, ‘ok ma’am, I’m so sorry about that. idk why our machine didn’t work or why we didn’t get your message, but I’ll go ahead and cancel the appointment. When would u like ur nxt appointment?’’ There should have been no mention of a fee since it was not the day off. And she shouldn’t have wasted a good 5mins of the call looking for that message on the machine.

Dr. Hur is the best. He really tries to save your teeth. He saved 2 of my teeth that Hawaii Endodontics wanted to remove unnecessarily. Thank you Dr. Hur.

Staff is always friendly. Doctors are very nice and explains what is going on so you feel comfortable and safe at your visit

Our hygienist Cheryl Ishimine is gentle and thorough. She gives tips and advice to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Very personable. Highly recommend
