My daughter went in twice in 2 weeks to have work done on both sides of her mouth. She is not a fan of the doctors or dentist. But I must say she came out the first time better than I could’ve imagined. The second time was a bit harder. But overall she had the best experience that a mom could’ve wanted for their child. The work is all done and she is just a happier child. Thank you to doctor Westphal and the staff at Mililani Hawaii Family Dental Center for the care and services you provide!

Very courteous and friendly staff. Like most people, I hate going to the dentist. I have had nothing but pleasant experience here. Rest assured that you are going into a nice clean environment. They are wiping down all equipment and door handles in between patients.

Cheryl is the most professional, knowledgeable, and of course gentle dental hygienist my mother and I have ever used. Dr. Choy and her entire staff makes us look forward to our visit because we know that we will be taken care of very well. Special kudos to Stanley For his customer service. He always sets me at ease. Even more so this last time when I needed an emergency post op appointment to be seen and I was squeezed in for an appointment immediately upon calling and seen promptly. The offices and waiting room is very clean, very friendly staff, doctors, hygienist, and such lovely and caring people. I feel so relaxed and at ease, when I'm there. I've read other Dental office reviews first before choosing which dentist I would end up with. And Hawaii Family Dental had much more pleasing and good comments than a few others I viewed. One should truly give it a shot and make this their home Dentist. (I Did). 😀

I've been going to this dentist office for a couple years now and I love them! I just recently went in for a cleaning and had to bring my baby with me. The hygienist was so understanding and let me get up to pop his binky back in his mouth.
If they need to change my appointment they always call first to let me know.
Everyone is always so friendly. I tell all my friends they should switch dentists and go there.

As always, Hawaii Family Dental Mililani did a stellar job, from check in with Sky, to my appointment with Dr. Hur, to meticulous dental cleaning with Nani and check out with Leonie. The protocol they have set up to ensure safety and hygienic conditions in accordance with CDC and ADA guidelines were impressive and one of the best I've seen in all the public spaces I've gone to. You enter from the front door and leave by the back door, never crossing path with those coming and going. Absolutely no need to be of concern in coming in. They spray everything down between patients. Protective gear is being used by all personnel.
