I needed to get some unexpected immediate work done on my teeth and had a time constraint. Luckily, the amazing receptionists were able to squeeze me in later that day miraculously! Not only that, Dr. Hall did amazing work on my teeth. When I thanked him for taking me in, he actually thanked ME for coming to them and being their patient! He was also very empathetic of my situation and truly did magic! They always do amazing work, welcome each patient with the warmest Aloha, and are so pleasant to see keeping the most sanitary and up to date covid protocols. Thank you so much again Dr. Hall and to your amazing receptionist magic makers for getting me in!! Truly thankful and appreciative of each of you! Never have I felt this level of service at a dental office. Keep up the excellent work! Thank YOU!!

Nani, has hands so gentle as she does her cleaning procedures. Very skillful. Hur is talented also in his tooth repairs.
Dental work is no walk in the park for us patients who are sensitive in that area, but having the Best makes it a better experience.

We have had some absolutely wonderful experiences with Hawaii Family Dental, however it often only takes one bad experience to sour a business. We, unfortunately, have had two and after the second I felt it necessary to discontinue seeing them as our preferred dentist. My first bad experience was when I had my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure itself was well done and my immediate after care was handled well. However, over the weekend I began to have extreme pain. I called the emergency number for Hawaii Family Dental and no one answered. I left message and no one returned my call. I ended up having to go to an entirely different dentist, the pain was so extreme. The following Tuesday I received a “return” call from my message left on the emergency line. At the time, I was upset however because all other experiences had been very good I overlooked it. However; today, I received a call that my sons had missed an appointment for their check up. I immediately called and was told they were scheduled for today. I apologized and advised them that it must have slipped my mind and that additionally I had received no text/email reminders from them about the appointments, as we have every other time asking for confirmation that we would be able to make the appointment. Skye was very helpful in trying to reschedule us, however; the dental assistant informed her and me that because I had missed the appointment my children would now have to be scheduled on entirely different days. She said we had missed two appointments, but we haven’t. We called ahead of time to reschedule one previously because of finals. At the time they were very understanding but it seems, unbeknownst to me, they counted that as a missed appointment. In any case, I find it unacceptable to be “punished” this way by a place of business where there has been good encounters primarily on both sides. We have never been late for appointments, we have made all payments for my sons braces and my wisdom teeth extraction on time. We have never actually missed any appointments aside from today without calling first. To be forced to now have to take time off from our own jobs on multiple days as a punishment for one missed appointment, and forHawaii Family Dental to be unwilling to accept even partial responsibility for not confirming these appointments left such a bad taste in my mouth. Peoples time is valuable, and I understand that missed appointments affect the office schedule. But our time as clients is valuable as well. Whether there are consequences for missed appointments is one thing, but I should never be FORCED to schedule appointments on two separate days as a “punishment”. Additionally, there should be some kind of consideration of what happened to cause the missed appointment. All that to say, they really are a fantastic office, everyone, aside from this one circumstance, has always been so friendly and helpful. My younger son will continue to see them as he has his braces and we have been so happy with them on that end. However, I cannot continue to see them or have my other children see them when we are treated as if we need to be disciplined and punished for a genuine mistake and one that has only occurred once. All in all, very disappointing, especially to lose the opportunity to be with a dental facility we liked very much as well as to have been treated by them the way we were. If you choose to see them for your dental needs, you will be treated kindly and your procedures will be well done. Just be very careful to NEVER for any reason miss an appointment.

Horrible place to go to on the island of oahu If you want to get treated like s*** this is the place for you They're very hungry people and they all about Money though you have insurance and they try to get every last penny to every last dollar from you Even more if they can

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, talked me through the whole process of what I needed. The oral surgeon completed my procedure well and pain was much less than I expected. It's just one day later and I feel like I'm almost fully recovered! Thanks especially to Quadra and all the people there who were so friendly and helpful!

This is just an FYI review for the prissy wannabe Dr (younger white male). My fiancé had her teeth looked at by him to get moldings done. And he was so disrespectful and made non stop inappropriate remarks about her teeth. This Tooth Fairy is suppose to help patients with their dental hygiene not shame them for it. My fiancé called me after her appointment crying. That got me so upset that I really wanted to head up to that office and tell this to his face. But didn't want to make a scene. So if the office is reading this, look at my name. I am a patient there as well. Please do us both a favor and take my name off your system. And to anyone reading this review be aware of this a**hole because apparently he been treating patients this way for years.

Amazing experience! Very clean and professional office. I'm a fan of the Pearl ridge medical building as it always has parking and never crowded. The office was clean and the dentist chair was very comfortable, it felt like laying in a leather lazy boy. The view from the chair out looking over the mall was very relaxing. Then the staff comes in and blows you away with the attention to detail and TLC. Highly recommended! I wish they did more simple procedures as I would be there for everything else.

Staff gives great service, from beginning to end. Cheryl is the best hygienist I've ever been to! She's personable and caring. Dr. Lee is definitely the best dentist I've ever had! They genuinely share their support and care. For the first time in my life I don't dredge going to the dentist.
