Very professional and efficient. Dr Hall was very informative and caring making sure I was comfortable with pulling my cracked tooth. I would highly recommend the Mililani office.

Dr. LUM Took very good care of my father. My dad was on a slow, painful journey of extractions, trying to get his dentures and smile back. His insurance would only cover a certain amount of extractions at a time. Dr. Lum took them all out. Took my father out of pain. And made it possible for my father to get his smile back early next year! He was understanding and compassionate with my dads tight budget and made it work for him. He's friendly, thorough, compassionate and really cares for his community and giving back. Thank you dr. Lum, from my family to yours. Aloha!
DR. Matthew Griffith is in kona, he is the best childrens DR. I've ever met....I highly recommend him for anyones child. He treats each child as if it were his own. Thank you dr.griffith for the amazing work you did on my little girls teeth. Mahalo and Aloooooha!!!

First Impressions Are Everything

Made an appointment online and despite receiving an email confirmation the appointment was never set up on their end. It is a really huge inconvenience showing up and find out you aren't scheduled. The only saving grace of this experience is that the front desk ladies were nice and tried to accommodate.

I had my exam done by Dr. Choi and she was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. She answered all of my questions as well. I had my cleaning done by Nani and she was fantastic! Not only was she gentle the entire time but she was also pleasant to converse with! Helped distract me and before I knew it she was done! The ladies who work at the front desk are also very friendly and professional. They helped me understand what my dental insurance covers and estimated costs. I found this dental office through the Metlife/Tricare Dental website and also read several positive reviews online. Plenty of parking, close to Schofield Barracks and clean office. The entire process from calling to make an appointment to the exam, cleaning and admin went very smoothly. Thank you so much Dr. Choi, Nani and the staff of Hawaii Family Dental - Mililani! My family and I are stationed here for another 2 years and I'm grateful that you will be handling me and my daughter's dental care! Mahalo!

I'm not the easiest of clients. I have such a fear/phobia of needles or anything looking like a needle (dental tools). But, without fail, every cleaning I go to, especially these last few years, has been done such care and gentleness, I look up at my RDH and have asked "That's it?" I mean, I don't want pain, but something in my childhood has me convinced I will feel pain when I sit in the dental chair. Much aloha to the whole team over here.

I have had 2 failed experiences with this office. Sent me an email reminder of an appointment that was cancelled. Made arrangements for this appt, left work early from kapolei to mililani for them to tell us it was cancelled and that there sorry that the email wasnt suppose to be sent. A little too late...... Time prior, they wouldn't see my son because I wasnt present. Single mom to 2 boys, it ain't easy to give up work, no one in the office explained that I had to be present. When I moved here and arranged for my kids to be seen by this dentist office I specifically asked if I had to be present and if there was something I could sign for my mom to be present instead of me. They gave me a lot of paperwork and scheduled there appt. First appt was without me. Second appt, was the time they wouldn't see my son because I wasnt there. Gave them a second chance. I am so done now. I've had enough with there excuses and bad office organization.

My hygienist Cheryl was very friendly and comforting throughout the whole cleaning process. She did a very good job and gave me important recommendations to improve my daily dental hygiene.

I give a one star for Dr. Hur. I’ve been going to this clinic for seven years and I love them all, but he is the absolute worst addition to this clinic could have. He is heavy hand, he doesn’t give any consideration when you asked to please be gentle. Please don’t ever go to this particular dentist because he is the one that will make you scared to ever go to dentist again
