I have been going to this dental establishment since 2000 I believe and I can’t say anything bad about this dentistry. From day one everyone on the staff have treated my family and I with open arms. Everyone does an exceptional job on satisfying the customers needs. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly. One feature that really stands out is how your personal hygienist contacts you immediately following your visit. That really means a lot and shows that they really care about your well being and personal experience. Dr Sims, his staff and Melissa are extremely professional. I was recommend to Dr Sims by my friend, who swore by Family Dental as being a great dental office.
The office has two waiting rooms, there are computers, coffee/water and snacks! Even the bathroom is fully stocked along with a changing table. I thought I was in a high class hotel.
I haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years, I was very nervous, have anxiety/panic attacks, along with high blood pressure. Not knowing what to expect, let alone not knowing if I would be yelled at for not having been to a dentist in so long, I was made assured that even tho I need alot of stuff done, all would be okay.
The staff took every precaution to make sure I was comfortable and was okay with what needed to be done. Knowing that I have alot to be done in at least 4 visits, and possible more, I will go back to finish it all, knowing that I am in good hands with Dr Sims and his staff.
Thank You Dr Sims and staff for making me feel comfortable and for making sure I was ok.

Dr. Sim is the only person I truly trust with this job!! He not only does what he can to make every experience enjoyable, but he also makes time for you when you have extreme pain. Just had to have a walk in for an emergency root canal, and he fit me in the schedule so that I wouldn’t be in so much pain anymore!!! Would recommend him to everyone I meet. His office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are kind and helpful. He makes the worst procedures seem like a breeze, you’ll walk away with perfect teeth and knowing that you are in the best hands. Such a kind man, he loves what he does and loves all people. You will never regret coming to see Dr. Sim!!
