They will bill your insurance company then 4 months later call to tell you they have to return the money to the insurance company & bill you!! Even though they verified service on the appointment date!! Buyer be very aware!!! Oh yes & the bill $450 plus dollars!!

I've been going to my dentist for the last 3 to 4 years and I had wonderful experiences, but due to their new dentist dr. Lundy I will never return and I will never refer another person to the dentist office ever again. I've never been talked down to or treated so horribly in my entire life when it came to the appearance of my own teeth. All in all the status of this business has gone downhill drastically since dr. Lundy started working there.

Giving this dentist two stars to begin with was generous. I now wish I could give them negative stars.
First of all, the first time I ever went in, I sat in the waiting room for over 30 mins before I was seated in a chair. Very frustrating for someone that has work to get to and doesn't want to waste their time waiting at the dentist.
Next, I was told that I needed invisalign to fix a bite issue. Okay, fine. I get invisalign. Worst Decision Ever!!! I never finished my treatment fully because I was told that the last few weeks "wouldn't change much and I didn't need to do them". Then without me saying yes, proceeded to try to shave down one of my teeth to get my "perfect smile". Thankfully I pushed the Dr. away before he actually did that, considering I never asked for that.
Finally we get to billing. At the beginning of my invisalign nightmare, I was told that insurance would be billed and I was to cover what was left and that they would put it into payments for me. Well near the end of my invisalign I was told that one of the bills was my last bill. Paid it, no worries. Next time I went in, they had another payment for me to make. I questioned it, although thought maybe I got it wrong last time and that this was my final payment. I assure with the receptionist that THIS was my final bill. She assured me yes. Great!
WRONG!!! I just got a call, 4 months after my last visit telling me I have a balance of $800+. WHAT?! I'm sorry, but where are you getting these records?! I'm fighting this now.
PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. It is the worst thing I think I've ever experienced and I do not wish this upon my worst enemy.

Dentist that pulled my sisters tooth, is unprofessional and rude. My sister is pregnant, and he made comments about her not being able to deal with the pain of birth if she can’t hanlde having a tooth pulled. Like he has any clue what that feels like. 🙄 The office is nice and clean, and everyone else was nice, but he ruined it for us. We will take our business elsewhere.

I had a tooth extracted and they took great care of me. Even though getting a jaw tooth pulled is never pleasant the entire staff made very comfortable and took great care of me. Thank you, My Dentist!
