Everyone was friendly and professional. Got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and gave me great care. Also loved all the covid precautions and protocols they have in place. Made it a great and safe experience for someone who normally hates going to a dentist! I recommend them to anyone!

They have been my dentist’s office for a few years and I highly recommend. I have had old chipped veneers replaced here while I was on their in-office plan as a self-employed entrepreneur. It was the best deal in the area for the year plan which covered my exams and cleanings, and they have always treated me well. The additional services of veneer replacement came with a 10-15% discount off since I was on their plan. When you don’t have dental coverage through health insurance, this was a huge relief and made it more affordable. Also, Latoya has been my hygienist for cleanings and I highly recommend her. I have always had sensitive teeth and gums, and used to dread going for cleanings before. Latoya is so kind and sensitive to my needs and gives me great care and hygiene tips, while also being gentle on me. I actually look forward to going twice a year now for my cleanings. All in all, you can tell Dr. Ertl runs a smooth and efficient practice there. They are very professional across the board, and you can tell that he and his team really care about their patients. :)

I honestly can’t think of enough positives to say about this family dental practice. My visits have required pretty intense dental work and I have received such excellent care . The staff is most genuine and you can sense this when you enter the door.
I’m thankful for the Saturday hours - works perfectly with my hectic work schedule!

I am so glad I found Laurelwood Family Dentistry. The staff was amazing. The cleanliness and technology was top notch. I loved sitting in my dental chair and enjoying the view. And, a big shout out to my hygienist... Hannah. We had the best rapport, and a great conversation about dogs. I forgot I was having my teeth cleaned. :)

The doctor, hygienists and office staff are friendly, helpful, professional and always go the extra mile to make sure my dental health is the best it has ever been. Preventative maintenance is their top priority.

I was transferring from another dental office in Asheville and Liz made it very easy for me to obtain the records from my prior dentist. I was greeted by Liz the day of my appointment and did not have to wait in my car. The level of service I received from the dental hygienist and dental assistants was superb and Dr. ERTL was very professional and answered all of my questions. I saw them sanitizing and cleaning every surface to ensure a patient felt safe entering their practice and receiving service there.
