Excellent staff. Hannah was fast, gentle, and friendly! The office was very safe and clean, with extra Covid measures being respected. The office started being open on Saturday to help accommodate more patients as well! Well done Laurelwood.

Very clean, modern, technological and professional environment. I must say this was THE MOST THOROUGH dental experience I have had in years. I am pretty particular about who takes care of my teeth and these guys passed with flying colors and beyond. Extremely pleased with their professionalism and handling of a patient who neglected his dental care for 18 mos (moved between states since last appointment and got settled). Tucked into South AVL - a gem to be discovered!
7/19/19 - Updated review: Had my 3rd checkup/cleaning and couldn't be more pleased. Look forward to returning in the next six months.

I had my teeth cleaned today by Hannah. She is new so it was my first experience having her clean my teeth. She is a very nice person and very professional. I recommend her to anyone as I do Dr.Ertl. He is also very nice and very professional as well. The office seems to have the newest and most up to date equipment.

Everyone is very friendly and personable and they explain everything so you know exactly what’s going on. Dr. Ertl is very thorough and wants to make sure you know you are getting the best care, as well as the rest of the staff! Totally recommend them!

Dr. Ertl and his staff are nothing short of amazing! I have been going to this practice for over 6 years, and have never had a bad experience. From his skilled hygienists, to administrative staff, everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I love that Dr. Ertl tells you like it is, and never tries to upsell you on procedures or items you don't need. It shows that he and his staff truly care about you and your health!
