Very welcoming and most of all this office creates a family environment by knowing who you are and not just treating you like just another client. Their professionalism is up to par and Dr. Ertl and his staff always takes the time to address your concerns and explains everything thoroughly to make sure you feel comfortable and leave with a better understanding of your health/profile. I’ve been seeing this office for about 6 months now and I’ve only had one issue, which is the long wait time I encounter during my most recent visit, which was unusual of them but still a bit much for me because of my schedule.

I found this office driving by and looked at the reviews before calling. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived the office was clean, I was greeted by name as soon as I walked in and was taken care of quickly. The hygienist was personable, explained what was happening along the way, asked questions, and checked on me throughout the process. I was comfortable and was in and out without a delay. I am glad I made the choice to go here and would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Laurelwood Family Dentistry was recommended by a coworker of mine and I was really impressed with my first visit. Staff was all about efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. Dr. Ertl is very nice and talks like a true medical professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars easy and I don't normally just review a business with 5 stars.

Although I had a longer than normal wait times, the level of service and experience was positive. Hannah was wonderful with making sure I was comfortable with my cleaning. Every thing was explained to me thoroughly. Matt, the billing manager, explained charges to me and how future billing would be taken care of. My first visit to my new dental home.

I have really had a great experience so far in my time as a patient of Dr. Ertl. I had one cavity filled that was a simple, painless experience and all of my regular cleanings have been quick and easy as well. Their staff really knows their stuff, and I find everyone to be positive and friendly, even at a 5:30 almost closing time appointment! Highly recommend!

Dr. Ertl and his staff are amazing. The facility is very nice, it appears new and the rooms are very, very clean and free of clutter. When I first arrived, the front desk person was so cheery and helpful. The hygienist was very gentle when she cleaned my teeth, she explained every step of the process before doing anything. They have got a lot of new technology, and really big screens that they show you your x-rays on.
When Dr. Ertl came in, he gave me the most thorough exam I've ever had. He looked at everything in my mouth not just my teeth as my previous dentist only did. I don't think I've ever had a dentist talk to me about what I need for that long before! It's nice to feel good about having a competent, trustworthy dentist to go to… finally.

The whole office is so nice and friendly. The dental care is competent and thoughtful. The technology is modern and up to date. I’ve been coming here for 6 years and hope to be around for another six. Plus Dr Urtle’s a nice guy. I highly recommend his care !!

This is by far the best dentist office I have been to in many years. Dr. Ertle really cares about his patients and really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with how your visit went before you leave. Hannah L. is by far the best Hygienist I have ever had. She is so friendly and makes you feel so special during treatment and explains everything to you. My husband and son also go to her and really appreciates her kindness. Liz W. has also been wonderful during my time there. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable during any situation that arises. And then there is Adyla , she has the best personality to help educate the patients about their personalized treatment options. Thank you Laurel Wood Family for making our family's experience wonderful! We look forward to our next visit.
