One of the most unprofessional clinic i ever been to. While they expect everyone to be punctual , they certainly are not.
I went for an appointment and i always believe in being on time. Firstly people on reception are more busy chatting among each other rather than talking to patient. And even if they do the attitude and tone is appalling, disapproval as if you have done a sin coming to their clinic and disturbing their chat and laugh.
Next they will tell you i will call you when doc is ready.
This is what surprises me, now i can understand a wait for 10-15mins. But saying on yeah can take 45-1hr. Thats not wait! They do not enough etiquette to make a call and let patient know to save on their time.
Showed up thrice for appointment only to find out the hygienist could not come in that also during work day while i had to manage my day. They have no respect for other peoples time and do not care.
They will try to upsell you everything and produce a estimated quote with insurance claim.
However as soon you done with service they will come back perhaps 10-15days after saying oh! The insurance calculations were wrong you owe us more money. Its like a sheer scam of tricking people to come in and then over bill them later.

Dr. Perry and Alexis was amazing!!! Beautiful office and the most professional people I've encountered in a while! Loved the fact the were upfront and honest with me about my visit and immediately provided me the referral I need!

Today was my first appointment at Night and Day Dental and will be my last. I had this appointment booked 4 months in advance and not once during those 4 months was I told I needed a medical clearance from my OBGYN because I’m pregnant. Instead, they waited to tell me when I came in to check-in to my appointment causing a half hour delay since I now had to call my doctor’s office and get a medical clearance faxed to them which could have easily been taken care of ahead of time.
When they were finally about to bring me back for my appointment, the front desk suddenly realized they now needed my insurance card and told me to sit down again and wait as they called my insurance company. Again, I provided them with my insurance information 4 months ago when I booked the appointment so they had plenty of time to call my insurance to get whatever information they needed. This further delayed my appointment.
I finally got taken back, got several X-rays done and saw the dentist. Mind you, I only made this appointment for the purpose of a routine 6 month cleaning. After the doctor left, the dental assistant tried to tell me they didn’t have time to do the cleaning today and I would have to come back and started booking me for another appointment. Thankfully, the hygienist interrupted her, took a look at my teeth, and decided that she would be able to do a “quick” cleaning. And quick it was. She was also interrupted the entire time by the dental assistant asking questions about other patients. The hygienist was back and forth talking to the assistant about scheduling fillings for the patient in the next room over.
Once I was actually brought back for my appointment, the entire process was rushed and unprofessional. I’m new to the area and chose this group because of their good Google reviews, proximity to my home, and their late weekday and weekend hours but I will unfortunately have to find a new dentist for my next 6 month cleaning.

My visit to this establishment was amazing. I don't usually like going to the dentist, but they made it so inviting, friendly and made all the steps that I need to take easy to understand. I will continue to get all of my dental work done in this location. Thank you for making this experience the best dental experience I've ever had.

Great staff they were very nice and made me feel comfortable. They explain everything they are going to do and they let you know in advance if there will be any extra cost. The dentist Mr. Lee was so gentle I didn't even feel any pain. I also like how they are following Covid protocol the office is clean and well kept. Thank you guys for all you do. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a dental emergency and was seen same day, very clean and friendly practice. The Dr. was exactly what you want, he came in stated facts with a personality and didn't make me feel out of place nor take all day. The staff was awesome I definitely left feeling better.

--stars A few months ago I would've recommended this place, but now NO. They new office staff and front desk people are so rude and very poor attitudes. They did my work on my teeth but never did consolation and a few other things needed for insurance to pay. And now I keep getting the run around to get the issue resolved.

The office manager, hygienists, and dentists have all been great, but the office staff is horrible! From billing to the customer service front desk that takes the calls has been atrocious. The front desk staff are rude and incompetent. This makes the experience frustrating!
I really do try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it has been problem after problem with this office. I have had my payment applied to another account, and I had to show proof that I paid a bill that I had already paid. Thank God I kept the receipt. I have had a bill after 6 months sent to the wrong insurance, and now the office has my account as 90 days overdue. Even though I should not owe anything, I get frequent calls, texts and emails saying I still have a balance. If you can deal with the mistakes of the front desk people, this would be a good place to go for care.
