Night & Day Dental

Had a freak accident and had to to do a quick one time visit to Night & Day Dental, I did a walk in and at first I was nervous because I did not have a appointment and it seemed like a problem but Monae and another lady definitely assured me I would be seen. Angela who is the new office manager and Charles who is her assistant helped me get through my appointment. They answered all my questions, and helped me through my whole procedure. Charles even went as far as wiping slob from my mouth. This is by far the best service and Care I have received Ever. Most offices is all about the dollar and do not really care about the patient, I know because I shopped around to many in the Charlotte area. I usually do not write a review even if the service is good but I’m all about energy and they were great. Dr West came in and listened to me about the care I wanted and incorporated the care I need and we have a game plan. Something 6 other dentists did/could not do. From the bottom of my heart thanks to everyone that cared for me. Monae, Charles, Angela, Dr West and some I didn’t get their name. Great team

The assistants and the dentist were very nice and professional. I have a slight fear of dentists from past experiences as a child and they made sure I was comfortable and were very informative about what I needed to do and how we can do. I had a tooth pulled and everything was respectively painless. 10/10 would recommend. I’m from asheboro and drove all the way to charlotte to go here. They accept Medicaid and the whole process was wonderful!

This place is horrible. They are very unprofessional & unorganized. If I can’t rate 0 star I honestly would. I book an appointment for 8:30 pm 2 weeks in advance. I speak with the lady working the front desk. I offer my insurance card, she tell me no, I’m ok she has everything on file. At 8:45, she walks with me to an empty room so I can get x rays. After the x rays are done, I’m wait over an hour expecting to get my teethed cleaned. So the dentist finally comes, she asks me “do I have insurance”? I let her know that I have insurance & what’s the issue because I offered my insurance card when I signed in & I was informed everything was ok. She told they didn’t have my insurance card & that I needed to provide my card. I gave it to her. The dentist has the same lady come to tell me that they can’t verify my insurance & The office is closed that sends the fax information. I would have to pay out of pocket. Smh. If you don’t won’t to waist your time. I highly recommend finding another dentist office. The service is trash. I didn’t feel valued as a returning patient. My time was completely waisted. And They did not care.

They Pulled my wisdom tooth in 5 minutes the whole dental experience was beyond excellent

The dentist Dr. Dawson was extremely nice and very informative and very professional.. The wait time was minimal and the entire staff is very very friendly and nice. The only complaint is the bathroom was not up to par. Looked as if someone was mad at the paper in the bathroom and had ripped paper towels and toilet paper to shreds. The trash needed emptying. Other than that the entire office was very clean and professional. I did mention the bathroom concern and the young lady at the front said she was unaware and would immediately take care of it. I will be coming back for further appointments

Very great service and their front entrance setup is beautiful. Just got a pulled tooth from them, and might I say it went very well. The Dentist was very thorough and detailed in explaining any information given to me. Definitely gonna make them a primary.

I think this place is used as a training facility. Everytime I've been I always see new faces and never the same workers. They all act inexperienced as well. They must come straight out of school or retirement. One of the doctors never smiled, talked, was very dry like he hated his job but he ended up going back to the triad area I believe. Last lady that cleaned my teeth felt like she took a razor blade and just wrote in cursive all over my teeth and gums. I knew that was the last strike for me. Another time they tried to argue with me stating I missed 3 appointments when I've never missed a single one. The funny thing is they haven't texted or called to schedule my 6month cleaning, last time I seen them was November...so unprofessional! Watch out for the front desk SOME of those girls can be snappy and check your billing because they make mistakes on purpose.

I usually don't write reviews but I feel that it's very important to make people aware of the fact that my identity was stolen from this location and was used to make online purchases and an attempt was made to open a JP Morgan Chase account. I filed a police report and it has been confirmed that the fraudulent charges/ identity theft came from an employee there. Sadly, no one from the office has contacted me with an apology of any kind. They were made aware by the investigator, yet no one from the office has contacted me. I was asked by an office personnel when I first suspected that one of their employees were involved "if I planned to press charges"? That was a strange question and I don't understand why I was asked. I trusted that my information was safe and that they cared, however, I now realize that neither exist. This occurred on August 5,2021, as of December 29,2021, no one from the office has reached out in any form or fashion to offer an apology. I feel violated twice! Please beware of this location. Stay clear

Took a while to get called back . But the extraction was amazing and painless

I've been trying to reschedule my cleaning since August. I'm told to call back at the end of the week when the Saturday schedule is in, but everytime I call I can't get through and not able to leave a message due to the mailbox being full.

I've been going here for years. The staff was always great, I think they're understaffed...
Unfortunately it looks like I need to be looking for another dental office to that'll have time to take care of my oral health.
