Night & Day Dental

This was a great experience actually working a full 8 hour day and not have to use PTO time for a dentist appointment! The dentist was awesome, the front desk staff was amazing and My hygienist was remarkable!! Brand new equipment, clean modern day day office!! It even has a game room! And they accept a lot of insurances! Call ahead give them your information over the phone to make the process quick and easy!! I could go on and on!! Check out Night and Day Dental I promise it will be worth it!!

Two stars because the front desk was ok even the hygienist who have cleaned my teeth before but I’m not sure about the ‘doctor’ caring so much for the patient. I’m sure they are booked up but they definitely should show that they take their time.

I didn’t understand how the doctor could just come in numb me, then literally did a filling in like 10 minutes. I felt like I was being rushed out of there. My appointment was at 12:00pm, they numbed me around 12:16pm, then I waited for 5 minutes and I left that place at 12:29pm with a finished filling. Are we racing here? I mean is that really even possible? I guess it’s impressive for time or speed but man..

It’s like literally 5:30am in the morning right now and my cheek is still in pain from three numbing shots. I couldn’t even chew normally for the whole day yesterday and I’m wondering if I can do that today! I could be wrong but I’m not sure if it’s cause I have Medicaid for insurance that I feel like they do not care about me or what..but how could they make me feel like “I was coming into a Take-out spot to pick up my order and go?!” After the doctor finished he was like “see I told you it was gonna be quick,” and scurried off.

I’m gonna try my hardest to find a better place..I came here back in December 2019 because I had an emergency and so fourth with the next treatment. I came back for about two cleanings because the hygienist made me feel like they cared to do their job...not push me out. I’ve never felt so Unwelcomed and it’s really sad to say that because I respect their hard work but it’s horrible how I was treated in my eyes.

Everyone will have a different opinion/experience this is mines and I don’t want to come back.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The hygienist Tabitha was gentle, professional and personable! I felt as though we have known each other for years. The doctor was pleasant and seemed concerned about my treatment needs and concerns. The office was SPOTLESS! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great, clean, professional dentist Dr. Ramsey is your guy!

The Worse they make up bills after you get there and talk behind your back and laugh about what ever your problem or bill is and have so very rude ppl working there.

The Dentist and her assistant made my experience pleasant and entertaining.

I have had a great experience with this dentist office!! Everyone was very Nice and Alexis was amazing Assisting Dr. Perry them two was great with my Extraction procedure done .. I don’t like needles at all and she was very helpful & So was Dr.Perry they both made me feel very welcoming very professional and great bedside manners !!!! I will be using this place in the further 🥰 Very clean and nice Atmosphere

The staff at Night & Day was awesome my grandson was in so much pain and his dentist couldn't get him in sooner than we needed. I went to numerous emergency office they turned us away because they don't take kids but we went here eventhough they didn't have the ability to fix his tooth they made him comfortable and we learned alot about his issue they got him a prescription and a referral I really appreciate the staff & Dr's. Thank you

I was having an emergency dental issue and found Day & Night Dental from a search online. I just want to say what a great staff and facility they have. I was treated with care and professionalism . I will go back for sure. Also all precautions were taken during this trying time we’re in. Thank you very much for your care.

My first appointment booking and visit was pleasant. The dentist (Dr Orlaski) was very nice and informative. His assistant Karen was nice and funny. I paid for permanent crowns the same day. The doctor told me (after I'm numbed and in the chair) that I'd have to come back for the perm crowns 2 weeks later. I was not happy about it but what could I do?? They placed a temp crown on and sent me on my way. My temp popped off a week after and I tried contacting the front desk to see if they could get me in sooner. Someone kept picking the phone up and hanging it up. 3 times I heard the phone hit the receiver. I understand if you are busy by all means send me to voicemail, but to pick up and HANG UP THE PHONE ON SOMEONE is just rude!! They have caller ID from what I heard the front desk staff say so that made it a bit personal for me. Like wow ok! Glad I was able to pop my temp crown back on and wait another week smh.. The second visit I arrived on time and waited 20mins until someone called me on my cell to tell me that they were ready. I told the girl I was sitting in the lobby?? The only person in the lobby 😂. She came up to my seat and waved me back. She spoke very fast and seemed impatient. I could tell the assistant (Tay) was ready to get off her shift. She was rude and rough and had zero manners. She grabbed my purse to move it with her gloved hands and to my horrors stuck those same gloves in my mouth. I'm not a trained medical professional but it just didn't seem clean to do that. I was afraid to ask her to change her gloves because she was already annoyed. She scratched my gums with her fingernails several times trying to get my temp crown out before I finally said something. She never apologized either. I had to help her take it out because I was afraid that my next reaction would be to punch this lady in the face! Tay if your reading this I would suggest you calm down and learn some manners, because the next person you are rude and rough with might not respond like I did. I asked for a referral to a another endo (which I never received) but I'll just research on my own. I'll probably look for another dental office as well. This place is convenient because of the hours and the doctor was friendly but the front desk staff and assistants can be ghetto and rude at times. Customer service is hit or miss. I would only suggest this place if you need to be seen later but you might have to deal with some stank attitude just FYI!

Very unprofessional would not recommend. I went in to get a tooth extracted that was giving me a toothache and bothering me. Doctor was very persistent about saving the tooth. I told them I wanted to get it pulled I was in a lot of pain, the Doctor said they had different treatment plans. I declined and signed the paperwork to have my tooth extracted. He said if I wanted it pulled he could do it that day, he still came back with a flyer about a $100 root canal told me he could fill the tool and give me antibiotics until then so he did. I realized that it would not cover the crown, and asked. It did not. I then asked if I could just get the tooth pulled because I did not have the money for a crown. The assistant then came back and said he couldn’t do it today that he was busy, but had just told me earlier if I wanted it out he could do it. Would not recommend this place.
