I must leave a comment. First of all, the facility from the front door to the back was immaculate, even the bathroom lol. The wait wasn't long at all. All the staff there was very friendly & kind and professional. DAY & NIGHT DENTAL is the place to go on East Independence NC. Kudos to all the workers there.. I will be back lol. Enjoy your Holiday.

Worse place ever. Since they change the manager I think everything is wrong is this place. They charge me $300 dollar fee for no cal. But they make us waste time. First appointment they only did my cleaning they couldn’t do my husband because they don’t have time. Second appointment we pay deposit to make sure the day he going to get his services done. We come the day and guess what. Doctor is busy. They told us to come back later or another day. They don’t what are they going. If you know you are short staff. Don’t take moneys please communicate with your doctor. So you don’t also waste people time. You should pay us a fee for coming to your office and not getting out services done when is supposed to be.

The doctors sing and the assistants are extremely friendly. Front staff also takes their time to explain in detail how your visit will occur as well!

Came once before and waited 3 hours without being called , decided to give them a second chance and walked out again after waiting a hour. Absolute waste of my time. Going to find a new dentist who values my time.

Pleasant professional atmosphere the moment I enter, the door chime, was gentle to my ears. The waiting area is spacious with ample seating and a positive vibe. Kathleen was my assistant and explain each and every procedure, assessing my comfort, throughout. Dr Perry was knowledgeable of my medical history and discussed a plan of care. My hygienist (so sorry I forgot her name) was able to fit me in and give a fluoride treatment. Glad I found Day & Night Dental

I had to schedule my appointment three and a half weeks in advance and the first available time was at 8pm. I took it despite it being so late. I arrived on time for my 8pm appointment. I was told that I would be seen in just a few minutes. 35 minutes went by before I was brought back. They apologized for the wait and led me to one of the rooms. I waited a few more minutes before a staff member came in to see me. However, she was not aware of why I was there or which patient I was. This did not do much to inspire confidence. Then she asked when the last time I had x-rays done. I told her it was at my last dentist appointment with my usual dentist. I had just moved to the area and I only needed a cleaning.

She told me I would need new ones and I said that's fine as long as it's covered by insurance. She left to talk to the front desk. It was almost 8:50 at this point. She came back and told me that they couldn't check with my insurance because it was after hours and asked if I wanted to risk paying out of pocket for the x-rays. I told her I didn't and she said I could come back another day after I checked with my insurance. They offered me an appointment the next day but at this point I was disappointed with this office and the experience I had so I left just before 9pm. I never got my teeth cleaned and it was a complete waste of my time.

Moral of the story: I hope that I was a fluke and that this is not how this office usually runs. For one, if x-rays are required for new patients then the office should include that in the intake forms so that patients could check before hand. OR the office should check with the insurance companies before EOB. This office completely wasted my time and I am terribly unhappy with my entire experience. New patients, please be sure of what you're getting into before going to this office.

The office is beautiful and peaceful. If your nervous you won't be after sitting in the waiting room. Calm and relaxing. I went in to have 2 teeth pulled. I can't remember the dentist name. But he was very pleasant n explained everything. Had the gentlest touch. Was able to save one of my teeth n only had to pull one. I didn't even feel him pull it. He made sure to keep my gum numb. So I wouldn't feel a thing. All the dental assistants was kind and sweet. Made you laugh to keep you from being nervous. I will definitely being going back and even made my daughter and appointment today too. Thanks for taking great care of me.

Not my cup of tea. The associates are not friendly at all and act slow when I ask questions. Are they qualified for dentistry or just computer work? My question was simple, “Should I wait for my appointment at 5p or wait now?” They all looked at my like I was not speaking English. Just the way the receptionist treated me, I am not comfortable seeing the dentist. Good luck.
