This is a great dentist office, especially if you need flexibility in hours. The staff are very personable and understanding. My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and the Dentist was very good at recognizing her needs. I work for a public school and very protective of my kids, I would recommend Night and Day to any of my families.

Absolutely phenomenal staff and Dentist. I went for a broken front tooth, which to me was a total emergency. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, Dentist came in, done a temporary fix, which was all I needed at the time and I was on my way. After calling ten plus places, this was the only one open at 7pm on a Friday that was willing to help. I am grateful to the staff, they were more than willing to accommodate me with anything needed. I highly recommend!

I went to the location in Charlotte. I went for a general cleaning ,It waa an hour before I was called back. I was given tons of xrays and told I was done. I checked out and received another appointment the following week for a cleaning. I get there and was called back immediately (I waa thrilled ) got in the chair and was told the hygenist hurt her hand and the doctor would be doing my cleaning......the doctor meaured my gums and said I had some deep pockets( no cleaning) The staff is friendly, but 3 visits for one cleaning was too much of my time!

Night and Day dental has to be the best dental care office I have ever been to. I visited the location in Charlotte . Dr.lee and his assistant were the best. I haven't slept in 2 days fighting a tooth pain and every dentist office I called couldn't see me till Monday. I wouldn't make it through the weekend the pain was too intense. Night and Day Dental made me a Saturday appointment and took great care of me as soon as possible. Everyone there was extremely nice. I'm having some more dental work done and Night And Day Dental will be the place for me.

I came as walk-in/new patient and was seen pretty much immediately. The office was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was friendly. I have no complaints.

Though we have received great service when we can get in the office, the one thing they are consistent with is rescheduling appointments. I have had MULTIPLE appointments rescheduled and at the last minute aka the day before due to the lack of a consistent hygenist schedule. Pleasant personalities do not equate to the inconsistencies with scheduling. I hope they can get that in order one day especially considering they offer late services but cannot keep up with the demands.
