I went to get a molar extracted and FOUR hours later left with a jaw injury. The first dentist broke the tooth into several pieces and then couldn’t retrieve them all. She kept taking breaks and finally left me laying head down for 30min until a tech went by and raised my head up. Another dentist came in and very aggressively attempted the extraction. He applied so much pressure on my jaw that I was afraid it would dislocate. Five days later my jaw is clicking and crunching when I move it. I reported my injury to the office manger and staff that day. She still hasn’t gotten back to me. No concern for my injury. I’m seeing an oral surgeon on 9/20 to be evaluated. I’ve been a patient there for a few years. Never going back.

This was my first time at the office. Never heard of them actually till i googled dentist offices near me. It was late (close to 4pm) already so most places were closing. They took me as a walk in. Everyone was super nice from the moment i walked in to walked out. Check in was simple! Definitely recommend them.

I just want to say thank you to Night & Day dental for taking excellent care of me and my family. Dr. Murray and staff took out the time to build rapport, listen to our concerns, and explain any procedures in ways that we could understand. Thank you for outstanding care and service.

I am giving two stars for the simple fact that they have more flexible hours than most dentists, however, I would not categorize my experience at Night & Day as a pleasant one. I was told there were no appointments available until the end of the week, but that they could see me as a walk-in. After waiting in my car for over 2 hours with what most would consider an emergency dental situation, I was finally called. They took some x rays and I was informed by the dentist (who couldn't be bothered to make eye contact, much less do an examination of my tooth) that I needed a crown and possibly a root canal, but that he wouldn't know for sure until later.

I expressed both over the phone and in person that I only wanted the tooth extracted, as I cannot and will not pay up to and over $3,000 to save one tooth in the very back of my mouth. I was given pamphlets for medical financing, a predatory, high pressure speech about how I'm young and don't want to lose a tooth, and pushed out the door.

After driving home, my tooth broke even more, so I called again to see if they would pull it. This time, I was told they could make an appointment for the following day to do a crown, pending my approval for medical financing, and that they would not pull the tooth because it wasn't part of the treatment plan the dentist recommended.

Ultimately, I found a different dentist that's personable and compassionate, actually respects my wishes as a patient, and doesn't want to rob me of thousands of dollars for what would have been an unnecessarily complicated procedure. I recommend you do the same.

Amazing! Best dental experience ever! Dr Orlosky was so gentle and the words gentle and dental usually don't go together but he did it! The whole team from the front desk to the hygentist treated me with respect and kindness. I believe they truly want to do whats best for me, not just the money. Then they metaphorically GUT punched me. All this was true except You need to make sure your they are "In Network" with your insurance or they will run out your benefits quickly. Now I can't afford my partials. 😒

Amazing place to go too. I was very nervous when I came in and they made me feel welcomed. Gentle and kind is how I would describe the doctor. The staff were amazing and helpful. I would recommend this place every time.

Dr. O was very patient with my anxiety. He was very quick when filling my tooth. He performed an extraction that was Pain Free!! I would recommend him and his staff to any one that had fear of the dentist.

I have paid for a full year of dental insurance through Night & Day Dental and therefore am still a patient. I am stating this because my reviews *miraculously* continue to be deleted. I can only assume that they remove other negative reviews as well, because nothing in my review is any different from others that I read.

I am under the impression that deleting customer reviews is was not something a business is able to do, because THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF REVIEWS? But I can’t say I’m surprised, because ethics and customer service are not a part of Night & Day Dental’s business practices.

These people rush through every appointment because they have SALES GOALS. Part of their in house insurance is 2 “free cleanings” a year. I had one so called cleaning, but they don’t polish your teeth after cleaning them which renders the cleaning basically useless. Polishing is what protects your teeth from plaque build up until your return for the next cleaning. So their “free cleanings” are a scam.

I paid (on top of the in house insurance) $400 for an extraction), I spoke with Dr. Orlansky about how brittle my teeth were before he began to work on me, his response was to be careful while I was brushing. He was aware enough that my teeth were fragile to advise me on my brushing, but his advice apparently didn’t apply to him. First, he gave me so much Novocain (left the room and said he’d be back to give me the rest in a few minutes) that I felt like I was going to have a heart attack and almost vomited. I told him this and he said it was normal. It is absolutely not normal, he gave me a massive overdose of Novocain, I assume so he wouldn’t have to continue to work on me if I had a pain window. Then he actually wanted to give me *more* Novocain, obviously I refused. He then proceeded to extract my tooth and broke a tooth next to the one being extracted. I called later that day and was told that because the tooth that he broke has a cavity, he is not responsible. He refused to speak to me directly and delivered a message through the front office that he was “adamant” that he wasn’t responsible because of the cavity. So he understood my situation with my teeth well enough to tell me to be careful while brushing my teeth, but not well enough to tell me that breaking another tooth was a risk? Still he is not responsible?

He broke my tooth, he is responsible.

Night & Day Dental goal is to get as many people in and out as fast as possible. Customer service is not something they care about.

I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid them.

There has not been a time that I have been seen here and they have not gone above and beyond for be even down to helping me with my kids during emergency appointments… It has meant a lot seeing that with covid it’s hard to find help last minute… The women at the front desk are awesome and will be blessed for their generosity… also Dr. O is great and when it comes to dental implants he makes sure it’s the best quality, fit and comfortable… THANKS TO EVERYONE HERE WORKING HARD…
