Night & Day Dental

I've been going here for several weeks now of course because I need work done on my mouth. I had a dental assistant tell me back in January that I needed work done that I didn't need done. She never really explained what it was that I needed so I choose not to get the work done on my bottom teeth and I'm so glad I didn't get the work done. I went back for an appointment last week and there's a new dental assistant named Terasa. She looked at my chart and started asking me questions which I didn't know the answers too. I explained to her what was told to me in January she asked me to wait while she goes and checks on something. She comes back with the dentist and says the work that was stated by in January I don't need. That with a deep cleaning my teeth can be saved. Terasa explained to me in detail what I needed to do, what they will do and it doesn't included pulling bottom tooth out. I'm giving Terasa the 5 stars because not only is she super nice but because she saw my concerns, and made me feel comfortable. She went on to recommend one of the hygienist to do my cleaning. She even explained what my insurance will pay for something else that wasn't told to me before. I told Terasa that I hope they will keep her on as I know they went through several staffing issues. I don't want to switch dentist and I will not if she stays. Terasa gets the 5 stars!!!

Great experience and amazing staff. They walk you through each procedure and each individual is incredibly talented at their role.

The E. Independence Charlotte location has an awesome staff. Talia, the dental assistant is awesome and very caring. She held my hand step by step and made me comfortable.
The front desk staff, Monae is great as we. She has excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful.
I recommend this office to everyone.

Horrible...If I could do 0 stars I would.Find another dental practice cause any place is better than here.

I was pleased with my visit and the info I received on what to do next. What I'm not pleased with is having an appointment and having to wait a hour and forty minutes before being called to the back.

I'll start by saying I've never had a problem with night & day dental before covid. My last dental cleaning they tried to reschedule my appointment 3 times with the same explanation that they don't have a dental hygienist for me. 1st time they called to reschedule I understand happens to anyone and is no problem, 2nd time little annoyed but no problem things happen, and when they called to reschedule me for the 3rd time I was irate. At that point I was several months behind for my cleaning because each time I got rescheduled it was for an appointment a month or two out. When they called for that 3rd time I asked to speak with the office manager who made changes and I was scheduled for that appointment and it wasn't changed. I've never had any problems with the dental hygienist or dentist and they're very kind and professional.

I was scheduled for my next dental cleaning for 4/22 and had gotten a text message along with an email to confirm/remind me of my appointment 4 days before my appointment(4/19). I show up for my appointment only to be told I didn't have one and they said they called and left a voice-mail to reschedule. I have 2 numbers on my account and I had no record of a phone call let alone a voice-mail from them all because they had a dental hygienist not show up. Asked if I could wait and be squeezed in(I said I didn't mind waiting 5 hours or more, just as long as I was seen) to which she said no all their other clients confirmed which I did too 4 days before my appointment, but apparently that doesn't matter.

I asked to talk to the store owner office manager, or someone with some authority as manager and was told they weren't in. Asked for a phone number to call so I could talk to them and/or leave a voice-mail again told they don't have a number for them. So there is no way to contact them in case of an emergency? Okay sure we'll go with that.... She said the only thing she could do was give them my name and number and tell them to call me. She also offered me an appointment that following Monday which I took but had to rearrange my other appointments I had committed awhile ago.

Day of the appointment I called to make sure I wouldn't drive all the way there for them to tell me again they don't have an appointment for me and spoke to the office manager(different one than i spoke to last time) who confirmed my appointment was still there, but she didn't seem to care that I was rescheduled 3 times last cleaning and rescheduled again for this cleaning appointment.

My favorite dentist experience by far!!
Greeted happily by the whole staff.
Immediately went to the back and got my cleaning done by Ashley which did Amazing! She was very nice and easy to talk to. Maintained a great conversation through the whole process and took her time being very thorough.
Dr. K took the time to explain any questions I had and was very nice as well.
Anyone looking for a great dentist experience just try them out and you won’t be disappointed.
