Night & Day Dental

My appointment was at 7pm, I arrived at 650p, we waited in the waiting room for over 40 minutes I had to go to the front desk just for them to take us to the back, it's like they never checked us in after telling me they did, I had this appointment scheduled for over a month so, no it was not a walk in, after 30 minutes of being in the room they come tell us that the dentist is still doing a fill in, so she will come in after she is done...which would of been God knows how much longer, there were 3 others that came in after my son appointment and got seen before him. I left without anything other than a xray done after being there for an hour and a half I left cause it was ridiculous. never seen the dentist.

I arrived at my appointed time 5 minutes early and was not called back until 15 minutes past my appointment! I was seated in one exam room, then had to go to another exam room for the X-rays due to a malfunction of the equipment. Then back to the original room to resume my cleaning. And that was after the hygienist cleaned the room where she took the X-rays! I was never examined by the dentist after waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Then proceeded onto the checkout area where I was treated very rudely by Lyric! The hygienist mentioned to her that the dentist did NOT examined my teeth. When Lyric got off the telephone, I mentioned that to her, as well. She acted like she was extremely agitated! I, then, asked for a revised copy of my bill for services rendered that day, and that really annoyed Lyric! I wasn’t offered the opportunity to make my 6-month appointment, as the hygienist mentioned to her. I waited patiently as Lyric finished on the telephone. Then in the midst of her checking me out, two other people came to the counter. Lyric was told by the office manager (?) Angela (?) to address them as I waited with my payment in hand! I have been coming there for years and have never had to wait that long! It’s usually within an hour in and out, this appointment was 1 hour and 45 minutes, with no apology and to be treated so rudely‼️

Night and Day Dental they are always friendly and respectful. Alicia, is always pleasant and respectful on the phone or off. The techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they are open late, because they know emergency happen at any hour. They will e outstanding when they get regular Dentists, so they can know their clients.

Very friendly staff, hygenists, and dentists. Great hours and location for me. The only issue I've had (twice) is overbooking which can lead to delays in treatment. It's worth the wait though as you can watch a movie in your treatment room during the delay.

My first appointment it was today at 12:30 I was there at 12:22 she told me to have a sit didn’t ask for my information name or last name. Waiting into 12:40 I ask another lady to see how long it’s going to be. She proceeded to ask about my name and all of that. Telling me that a I have to pay some fee because the copay I pay it. And she told me that I have to do the form by my phone I did it. Waiting and waiting she told me that she didn’t receive anything. I spend a long time there for nothing I feel that they need to be more professional. Other people was waiting and frustrated there too because the long time there. They didn’t fix anything at 1:00 I left. Bad staffing!!!

I don't know what's going on with this place but I've had nothing but BAD experiences at this Dental office!!!! It's like pulling teeth 2 get someone 2 answer the phone,They are Very Rude & most of the workers act like they don't want to be there!!! I have been trying 4 a year 2 get dentures & I still don't have them as of yet!!!

Everyone was very friendly and had a great experience on my first visit to the dentist ever.

I have nothing but positive thoughts about this dental office. I went for an extraction after ignoring a problem tooth for a while bc my last dental visit elsewhere was not good. I felt a lot of the pain when my tooth was being removed. Here at day and night I felt no pain what so ever. They are priced well as well and everyone was really friendly and professional. Much love to this office.
