Night & Day Dental

Extremely displeased with my services this week with this location. They don't listen until you get upset even then they're not listening only let you talk until you are done. The best thing they did for me was refer me to another location. The company itself is great but the dentist and his assistant wouldn't listen and insulted me for coming back for the same tooth. The result of them not listening to me brought me back again 2 days later with the same tooth.

The staff was very friendly and respectful and made you feel welcome.

Was in bad pain and they got me In that night and the sweetest staff and very good dentist and they actually care about how you feel definitely recommend this place

Must say the front end is pretty good with customer service but the back is NOT whatsoever. First off the assistant that called me back must’ve been new because she act like she didn’t know what she was doing as far as taking pictures of my problem tooth so we had to go to the big machine. After that I sat in the room for I don’t know how long but it was long enough to irritate me because all the assistants were doing was gossiping and cursing all loud. No one said the dentist would be in shortly no nothing. Very unprofessional to me. At one point I thought the assistant was behind me getting things ready for the dentist but then I hear her chatting with the group. Then when the dentist finally came in to look at my tooth that had cracked he stuck me on my eye lid with the Dental Tartar Scraper Tool. Annoyed at this point. Then when he started the extraction the assistant had to make sure he was working on the problem tooth. I will not go back to the independence location EVER again. Let alone see that dentist. I’ve worked in a dental and doctors office before and the level of unprofessionalism in the back is horrible.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. The hours are convenient which is why I went here last June when I cracked my tooth. Dr. Lee ended up doing a root canal and placing a crown. He did not check my xrays prior to placing the crown and come to find out was not don't correctly. I've been to another dentist as well as an endodontist to try and fix what he did. That tooth has since been pulled after multiple attempts to save the tooth (2 grand out of pocket later). I finally got reimbursed in November for what I paid out of pocket to night and day dental. Then they started texting me about a balance (over $300) on my account a week ago. I've spoken to one person since then. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and apologized to me for forgetting about having me in hold. She said she would have the manager to call me that day or the next. That was a week ago. I can't get a manager to call me back and they hardly ever answer the phone. Their voice mail box has been full all week so I can't even leave a message.

The worst experience ever
I gave the front desk people my in insurance information at 11 something this morning they called me at 5:45 and told me they didn't verify my insurance so now I'm stuck with paying out pocket or look for another dentist...the girl that did imaging was cool she had already to me the doctor was going to pull it , he comes in look at exrays and give me my options non was pull the tooth . They didn't give me anything for the pain , prescription for ibp.800mg which I had to get filled , I get it with the pills and all but a combination pill just a hint stronger. Not to mention the dentist never showed me my exams results I'm 51 and have either been to the dentist enough between 2 boys and a wife to know everything should be seen and explained they suck go to midtown dentist uptown I'm at the huntersville ER and the Doc has more common sense than the dentist he took a shot and trying to explain the cause of the pain

They did such a amazing job the staff is outstanding and made me fill so comfortable

I needed a dentist quickly due to a crown coming off. I called Thursday evening and they suggested I walk in on Friday. They were able to work me in, and replace the crown that same day. They were very patient and talked me through my dental anxiety. Overall a great visit.

Appointment times on their website don’t match their actual business hours

On Friday 11/5, I contacted Night & Day dental for an excruciating toothache that started the day before. They were able to schedule me for that same evening which I was excited about, I felt like to tooth had to be pulled because I was in so much pain. My appointment was at 7:00 pm, I waited 2 hours and did not see a Dentist until 9:00 pm. I was told by the Dentist I had an infection, so he prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen for pain. I asked why the tooth could not be pulled, he said I had to wait 7 days for the infection to clear. On Monday, I was still in severe pain after taking the prescribed medication, the pain was no longer bearable. I contacted another Dental office 10 minutes from Night & Day on Monroe Rd on Monday, and was scheduled for an appointment the next morning. On Tuesday morning the Dentist examined me and had me bite down on a strip of paper and determined my tooth was cracked. I was never told this by Night and Day, I was only told I had an infection. The Dentist pulled my tooth that same morning, not mentioning anything about an infection. I will never go to Night & Day again, I thought because of my work hours and their late openings they could provide some relief, they did not. How they could expect someone to remain in pain from a severe toothache for 7 days is beyond me. I also heard the Dentist from Night & Day tell the 2 patients before me the same thing, that they had an infection and prescribed them the same medication he prescribed me. So if you are suffering from a severe toothache, do not expect to get any relief during their evening hours, you will be told to come back.
