Absolutely the worst Dental experience ever!! They don’t even deserve one gold star. I should have known how unprofessional this place was after being seen twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment. It took an hour to get x-rays after sitting there waiting to be seen and my visit was a cleaning. I was there way over two hours and NEVER got my teeth cleaned. Angela the office manager should be fired for her representation of the business. Angela informed me today after speaking with her on the phone that I was scheduled to see a doctor and not a hygienist. Excuse me should I not have been told that while I waited forever to be seen. Ohhh don’t call this business at nine thirty in the morning. No one will pick up because they are in a huddle meeting and you cannot leave a voicemail. Another strike for how they do business. What really upsets me the most is Angela not once made me feel like she even cared for how my experience went. Angela actually raised her voice at me when she should have taken full blame and responsibility to make this right with me in getting me set up for a cleaning. Instead she said I was disrespectful for being upset while I have every right to be and not once did she try to act like she would help me. What really hurts the most is she played the race card with me. Angela told me before hanging up on me that Night and Day Dental is not the place for me. Your right!! I’m obviously not a black ghetto person using your service. This place is dirty and so unprofessional. To me it was very ghetto. I tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this by far is the worst business ever. This is only the beginning for my reviews. No one I mean no one I don’t care if your black white or brown should be treated this way. I will never forget how awful my experience was and will share with many people as well as other apps do not even think about visiting Night and Day Dental. Next, better business bureau. Just think, Angela instead of your poor attitude you could have made things better with me but instead you made things ten times worst and your boss should fire you for this. I would and I work in customer service.

I arrived at the requested time for a first patient visit, 6:45p for a 7p appointment. I checked with the receptionist at about 7:15 after not being called back. I was assured they were about to call me so she took me into an X-ray room. The laptop was unlocked with all the day’s patients first and last names clearly visible from my spot on the chair. I was told someone would be with me right away. I had to go back out to the receptionists desk TWICE from 7:45-7:55 after no one came to see me. Each time I was told that they were going to find the assistant and send her right in. I ended up just leaving at about 8pm because no one had been able to give an estimate of when I would be seen. If you value your time, please don’t come here. It’s really not worth the later time appointments.

The ENTIRE staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I HATE the dentist and my dental assistant (cannot remember her name for the life of me) was the BEST! I hate needles because I can hear it breaking skin so she loudly told me her “One time at band camp story”!!

My experience was great. Nice environment very clean. I enjoyed the music playing and the staff are friendly, they make you feel comfortable. I was in pain and nervous at the same time but Doctor Koneru was cool told me about the process and pulled the teeth so quick.

If the option to choose 0 star I would. I very horrible clinic. Schedule to do root canal waiting for so many hours not even call just sit there miserable. My deposit money was not refund, can’t even get I touch with a manager always out of office. All staffs seem no experience at all, not show caring at all.

I don't really pay attention to Front Desk most of the time. People who work as dentists. NO NEGATIVE about them. Easy way to communicate with me to use your hands instead talk to me with mask on
