I waited almost 30 minutes in the waiting room. My appointment was at 4pm. Mind you I’m a new patient. Then I was taken back and waited about til about little after 6pm. Durning this time the I waited the X-rayed me and out the numbing gel in my mouth. No one around to suction had get up and spit in the sink. During this two hour wait no one communicated to me about when I was gonna be seen how long I was going wait nothing. Like I explained to them they knew they had an emergency when I entered at 4pm. The should have communicated that to me and I could have decided if I wanted to stay or reschedule. Even though they took X-rays I feel they shouldn’t charge my insurance. For the inconvenience the caused me. Don’t think I’ll go back.

Im really sad writing this review because I went to this dental office so excited to get my issue resolved. I ended up just wasting time and money. First they canceled my appointment after I got there instead of when I called to confirm my appointment that afternoon. Then I was unable to get the services I paid for!!! Please do yourself a favor and skip this office. Unless you have time to waste. So ghetto!

I had a great experience at Night & Day dental! First off, there was no looong standard wait, i was called in right at my appointment time. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everything went better than expected, and the environment felt very clean. I will be recommending Night & Day to friends and family and i will definitely be back! Thank you so much

Yet another fabulous experience. How can all the people you come across be so kind, polite in an office. Each person that worked with me explained everything they were doing before they did it, like l was their first patient. Mind you l scheduled my appointment for 730 pm which is late but it didn't affect their demeanor. The doctor popped in all cheery and did his thing. So each time l go l ask myself..."Where have they been all my life." Great job team on Independence!

Very professional, welcoming and well staffed. New patient check-in was a breeze, all documents and history submitted over mobile device. The treatment area has a semi-open concept with surround sound music playing through out. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to my next appointment.

I looove this place! The staff is so welcoming. From the moment I walked in the door, until I completed my appointment, I experienced the utmost professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for me. My alternate dental assistant even hummed along to the radio as she worked on me. (Not sure if I liked that or not) The doctor was the BEST!!

I was excited about getting a appointment so quickly. I called on a Tuesday and had an appointment on Wednesday. I arrived 40 minutes early so waiting was not an issue for me. I hoped I might get in little early. At my appointment time I had not been called back. I waited 15 minutes after and finally asked front desk. I was told they would be calling me shortly. I waited another 15 minutes before being called back. I was put in a cubicle and told someone would be right with me. I sat and waited for another 15 minutes and still no one had come in. At that point I got up, took off the paper towel that was clipped on and went in search of someone.. I told them I would not be seen if I was 45 minutes late for an appointment and didn’t feel it was right for them to keep me waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time with out being seen. They said the doctor was still in same surgery and it was just taking longer. If that’s the case they should have told me and asked if I wanted to reschedule! Instead they said nothing and I wasted 1.5 hours of my day. I will NOT be going back to them and will spread the word “do not go to this place “!

I enjoy this dentist's office. I was recommended by a friend she had her tooth fixed and was very satisfied with the results. I've been going here for about a year now and I love it!! The staff is always friendly, the facility is clean and they always do a great job with my teeth. I highly recommend this dentist office🙂
