This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Tamika was just awesome she did everything possible to make me comfortable during the whole experience. The dentist that pulled my two teeth he was awesome as well. I don't have one bad thing to say.

Friendly & professional staff....I was very nervous about getting my tooth pulled, bad experience in the past but Dr. Lee & his assistant were very efficient & made sure I was comfortable & couldn't feel anything before beginning the procedure...next thing you know it was completed! I would definitely recommend them. Great service.

There is no point in having insurance because these people want you to pay the full amount of of pocket. Every time I get a service done, there is an expectation for me to pay upfront the full amount and then they attempt to bill insurance whenever. Every time I ask for a breakdown of services based on my insurance lm given the runaround. Those handling the calls can’t provide or give clarity. There is no transparency and those at the front desk are rude. I had to chase down my credit owed after my insurance paid their amount. The crown the dentist did looks like I have a half lopsided tooth now. I tried to tough it out with this place because they have late appointments but it’s not worth it.

I am thankful to have found N&D Dental! Front office staff was very kind and quite a bubbly and interactive group, which made for plenty of smiles at check-in. Thanks Megan, Devin, and you other nice ladies whose names I can't quite recall! Riley was the sweetheart that assisted me in the back and she was very helpful and informative! &Dr. O was a simple pleasure to encounter. He knows what he's doing and he wastes no time getting right down to business! Through and through, no issues, no complaints, my extraction went well and I'll be back for the rest of my dental services. 😁✌🏾

The service I received was exceptional. They were able to get me in for an extraction within an hour and a half of my husband's phone call. From there, the consultation and extraction itself took less than an hour. Dr O was awesome and made me feel completely at ease. I've already made my first follow up appointment and was able to do so in a time slot after work, which is amazing. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was a first time client and this now my new dentist. I use to go to Belvidere dentist, but not anymore even tho they are good too. Picture of my restored smile coming soon. I just got a fillin today. The dental assistant noticed I was cold from my chill bumps and gave me a blanket . I love this place

I enjoyed my visit...I was nervous when I came in because of past doctor visits at other places...Great atmosphere and very clean facility.They were very friendly, understanding, and relatable. They walked me through the process of what was going to happen and even talked me through the procedure. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was gentle and quick. I recommend them to anyone that may have had a bad experience before or looking for a great dentist to try them. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a scheduled appointment for 8pm and did not get seen till about 8:50pm. While waiting in the lobby I had to use the bathroom however there was tissue everywhere in it so I held it. Once I was seen the staff was really nice and gave me the answers I needed.

Friendly staff, smiling faces. Great environment altogether.. this was my first time at this office and I walked out feeling amazing! The 3 women I dealt with for my xrays and cleaning were just such a breath of fresh air. I’m so happy I gave this place a try, one happy patient! Thanks!!

I have had good results here in the past but am very displease with them. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for an extraction. Get there they have me scheduled for two extractions which I didnt ask for two extractions. I told the person on the phone I had a tooth to break off and needed it extracted. Once the dentist came in I showed him the tooth and he asked why I wanted it extracted, I told him because it was broke off in my mouth. He said they could place a crown over it. He left the dental assistant to show me what a crown looked like. They didnt have a good model so she said she would be back, but never came back. A receptionist comes in with a treatment plan and tells me they have the estimate of what a crown would cost through my insurance, I told her I would not be getting one just to extract the tooth. They tell me they would have to reschedule me to do that. This place is just money hungry. I will definitely not be going back. I'll go to a smaller practice who actually cares about their patients. The so called dentist was sitting up front talking to the receptionist about pretending to understand what a Spanish speaking patient was saying to him.
