Night & Day Dental

The office is awesome, clean, and beautiful! The availability and hours of operation are perfect! The receptionist were super friendly and greeted me like I had been coming there for years(this was my first visit) and I didnt wait in the lobby but maybe 6 minutes! When I got in the chair Alex came in and got my vitals and had concerns so she worked diligently to get my blood pressure down and it worked. Then Dr. Ramsey came in and he is so polite, so caring, and goes above and beyond to help his patients be as comfortable as possible! He and Alex are a force to be reckoned with and their team work is unbelievable! I am beyond thankful for the experience I had at Night and Day and can’t put into words and fully explain my gratitude for the greatness each and every person on that staff exudes!!! You will not regret the decision to give them a try! On top of all of this, Alex text me Monday morning just to check on me and make sure everything was going well!!! The best of the best of the best!!!!!!

Exceeded our expectations. Very clean and wonderful staff who cares about their patients. We had an emergency, they went above to fit us in same day. We arrived early and was seen within minutes and out before our appointment. I highly recommend this dentistry.

Called...rep says sure if you are in pain come right in. Drive there, provide information, told to wait in the car. 2 text messages wait is over an hour. I understand I am a walk in but you can say...sure walk ins are welcomed but, you will be waiting until a cancellation occurs. I would have preferred the rep state I can schedule you in, instead of the latter. Took off work for nothing self medicating until a preferred Dentist can see me. This is what I get trusting in a dentist on independence hwy. Btw rep.shrugs when I cancelled..another sign.

I went to Night and Day Dentist today. I arrive around 1:20 and I had to sit and wait for the office to check my insurance. My mouth was hurting so bad, I did not want to talk. All I wanted was the dentist to pull my teeth. The dentist could not pull it due to an affection in my mouth. The dentist gave me a prescription and I have to go and see an surgeon. But everyone was so nice to me, and I was a lot cheaper than or former dentist office. So far it was been a great experience and love this office so far. Thank to everyone that made me feel good, even when my mouth was really crazy. Thank you night and day dentist.

I chose them because of the bad reviews. There weren't many, but they responded to them. They didn't shy away, or blame the client for the issue, they responded with kindness and often offering solutions. That dedication to care is why I was confident about their office before I set foot in the door. They donate time to free dental clinics and have patients in their waiting room who they converse with like old friends and not sources of income. I like knowing my money goes to people who care about more than just the dollar. ( $100 office visit and quoted $200 extraction on a broken, difficult tooth with no insurance made me wonder how they stay open)
My walk-in went amazingly. It wasn't flawless though, but through no fault of the staff. Tech issues slowed down the staff, but it never once caused me to doubt their competence. No one in the office got flustered by tech issues that day. They smiled with confidence and worked around the temporary issues. That dedication to costumers was on display again and I loved it. Nothing made me more comfortable than catching them not at 100% and still seeing them calm and confident in their skills. I walked in at 11 am with no appointment and an abscess that deformed my face. I left at noon with medication, a plan for the future and confident that I'd found my new dental doctor.

I haven’t been to a dentist in almost 10 years due to fear but Ashlee and Brittany was very gentle and took very good care of me. Dr. Orlosky was very informative and gentle as well. I even enjoyed my receptionist Alexis. Overall this was an amazing experience and I definitely would refer my family and friends!

Night and Day dental has been my saving grace! They consistently impress me, and create an exceptional experience! I’d recommend anyone to come here for any of your dental needs. The staff is caring and committed to treating you with respect. Ashlee, the hygienist and Dr Orlosky are simply amazing!

What an awesome experience in a very timely manner. Professional staff. Clean office and very clean floors....always a good sign. My doctor provided clear and concise details for my one day fix for a broken tooth. Excellent pricing. I've already referred a few people to this office in a matter of hours. Dr Ryan Orlosky was very mild and very patient and continued to make sure l was comfortable. Where has he been all of my life!!??
