I came in on an emergency basis today and before the doctor examined me, he already was dismissive of me. He had looked at Xrays and said he didn't see anything wrong with me. While this may have been fact per Xray, he continued to dismiss my pain. He didn't listen to me but made prejudgments of me. He issued pain meds and stated it may be something I needed to speak with my PCP about. I'm scheduled to have my teeth removed in one month and a tooth that was causing me pain was one of them. I am afraid the pain meds is only a way to mask the pain and not deal with the issue at hand. He was not compassion, understanding or empathetic. I am not usually one to post a negative review, but today was too much.

I have only dealt with Advantage at 17th and Chambers. They let you sit for an hour in lobby with no magazines. Then I went to the back and may sit another 30 minutes _ one hour. I had OHP insurance. The doctor is doing two or three patients at once and it is a revolving door. Can't make two apps.at once so it takes 6 months to get your dang fillings done. I have a very bad back so I can't hang around for hours. My ins. Would only pay partial for a crown. I paid 500.00 prior to appt for taking impression. They cancelled my appt for seating the Crown. ( Dr. In surgery) In the meantime I have to go East to care for Dad. The Dr. Leaves practice.They lost the Crown . The temp. Broke off and they told me " It doesn't matter because with the temp broken off it wouldn't fit anyway". Did not give me my 500.00 back or fix the tooth. BTW the tooth cannot be crowned because it is broken off at gumline. Now I need a bridge. IT MATTERS!!!

I had a bad tooth that had nerves exposed. They gave me enough to numb me and the dentists were very kind and caring. And my bad tooth was out in less then a minute. Wonderful staff too i would recomend anyone to go there. They have always been good to me i have no complaints. Very content with this dendistry worth the extra mile drive.

I was surprised on how fast the dentist had removed a tooth. it only took him 5 minutes to pull the tooth. And then he was done and I would go back and have the rest of my teeth taken care of

Once I am at Advantage Dental everyone is friendly and competent. My problem is that most of my visits end up in emergency mode because the appointments are scheduled out so far that regular dental mainetence is not possible.

I came in with an emergency. They were quick and prompt on everything, the staff was also really nice and supportive. The reason I gave them four instead of five though was the phone system they have seemed to have some issues, albeit minor at best. Anyway they were really good and really helpful. hade me in and out in 30 minutes. Keep up the good work :D

Scheduled out 2 1/2 months for very serious dental check up to receive no call or contact from advantage dental regarding my appointment has been cancelled and the doctor was busy with other clients leaving no solution! Not even a reschedule. The front desk was blinded sided and had no clue what to do. I’ve never rated and I just had to for this.
