They filled a cavity for my fiancé and did such an awful job that our new dentist commented on it and couldn't believe it. His exact words were "you could have filled the cavity better on your own." He thought the cavity had been filled years ago, but it had just been done five month prior. There is a reason their nickname around town is "disadvantage dental." The five star reviews are most likely planted. I've never spoke to anyone who recommended them or said they even did a decent job. Save yourself the pain, the trouble, and the money spent having dental work redone. The dentist is already a anxious experience for most, and Advantage Dental will do a great job of making that anxiety higher.

It sucked. I made today's appointment over a month ago. I had to get up early catch the bus, then another bus to your business. That cost me not only alot of time, but the bus fare there. Then, im told about some issues with the dentist im to see. Then told about the computer and phone issues. My appointment was for 9:30 am. I sat there till shortly after 10:00 am. Then a man walked in off the street to make an appointment. He was able to get one for 10:30 to 11:00, TODAY. How is that possible when i had to wait over a month, then i'm told i would need to reschedule today's appointment. Maybe I Should have been seen by the doctor tha was going to see the man that walked in. I won't be coming back to your clinic, and I've moved my records. The dentist i was supposed to see with some issues......maybe should of had another dentist there see me. Get it together before you lose all your clients. I don't care about the issues there, i came in with my own. And i brought them home again.

Up until now, service has been standard for dental offices these days. Everybody's nice, but in a rush to get you in, cleaned, and out. I had a cracked filling replaced a couple of months ago. I am still experiencing pain when I chew on that side. I asked to have the dentist look at it. I have to pay $50 for that consultation. Then I am at the mercy of the dentist for determining if I have to pay to replace the new filling that was clearly not done correctly the first time. This doesn't seem right. I didn't do anything wrong, and am going to have to pay to fix someone else's mistake; whether that's $50 or more has yet to be seen. Disappointed is how this leaves me feeling.

DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY ! They treat every patient like a number not like a person, when you schedule an appointment they schedule your appointment at the least a month away , they never pick up the phone or return calls ! The emergency service number is a voicemail and take over an hour for someone to contact you... this dentist is so unprofessional and inconvenient if you value your time and health I WOULD NOT recommend going here ! WORST DENTIST IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN 24 years !!!

Just had first treatment for my very anxious 7 year-old. Dr. Estep (sp?) was WONDERFUL. So kind and patient, she melted his worries (and those of his Mama). Called to report pain last Wednesday and had evaluation same day- with procedure one week later. Both the dental assistants were warm and gentle- the technology geared toward pediatrics is amazing! We are OHP patients and I have received the "poor relations" treatment at other offices- not so at Advantage. My son's well-being was their only concern and in one visit his fear of visiting the dentist is over. Thank you!

Dr. Dhillon and assistant Amy were wonderful and explained all my options and prices for me. It was my first tooth extraction and it was quick and painless. Thank you!

Receptionist is extremely rude, no regard for hearing impaired patients, I sound like broken record you have face me and speak loudly and dentist alway stand behind me and talk and even snapped at my fiance for reminding her I'm hard of hearing then told my insurance complaint she never knew I was hard of hearing even through I come in tell them first thing before procedures. Even refused treatment , want me reschedule for 3 to 4 month out if I didnt go get note from my pcp who prescribed me xanax for ptsd and sensory processing disorder, so I could prove I wasn't a druggie even through I show her the bottle which had my pcp name on it.

The dental assistant Kay with dark hair was extremely nice and knowledgeable the doctor was really awesome as well but I do not remember his name and fortunately had a really good experience at this location where I was up and Eugene for a small. Of time they were able to help me out and get my tooth fixed :)

Staff and expertise of the doctors and technicians is excellent. They need more though because the demand for services stretches them too thin causing delay in treatment. That is not their fault.They do great under stressful conditions and have my support .

Had an appointment for an extraction this morning, man was I dreading it...however, the doctor was so quick I was done within moments. I was only in the chair a total of maybe 30minutes. I highly recommend Advantage Dental
