My pregnant wife has been calling for a month to figure out if her procedure needs to be postponed. Every call they tell us we'll hear right back and when we call again the same rude receptionist acts like we're a burden and like she's being asked for the first time.

August 1 our insurance is being upgraded and we will absolutely never come back

I would love to find another dentist I could see on Trillium because I've been having problems with Advantage Dental for almost 20 years now and two out of three visits I just hate them more. Today I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time before I even got in and feel my cleaning was wasted, as the hygenist seemed incapable of cleaning teeth without an ultrasonic scaler and my teeth are very sensitive to ultrasonic frequencies and vibrations. I made her stop after she repeatedly sent me almost hitting the roof. What's more, is that I am sick and tired of being gas-lit and treated like I'm crazy anytime I tell them that my teeth arsensitive, period! Cold, heat, pressure, vibration, it doesn't matter. My teeth can hurt to almost anything and Ultrasonics are like smacking me in the funny bone. I have avoided the dentist for years at a time, just because I have no choice but these bozos and I get sick of them.

ADDED: As a reply to the reply.. Yes, your rep contacted me but I'm still not happy and not likely to ever be happy with Advantage Dental... I need two root canals you won't do that are both the result of mistakes made in your office... I have a malpractice suit if I can find a lawyer to represent me and may earnestly go looking because I want to keep one of the teeth you all messed up... HOW? You already did a root canal on it years ago, and you botched the root canal and did it wrong. You only cleaned out 3 of 4 roots and the last one, but because insurance won't cover the fix, you won't do the work.... It's YOUR fault it was done wrong the first time... You want me happy, you will make things right and do it again, properly, or you might be hearing from lawyers that willl demand you cover it at another office, at YOUR expense, plus lawyer frees and emotional distress.

The dentist took only little time to look at my teeth and did not really respond to my concerns. The dental hygienist was doing a good job cleaning, but she was not very gentle and my gum was irritated for two days after the cleaning.

I had a cleaning. It was very efficient. Hardly any wait to be called in. Hygienist was very good. I loved to learn new dental facts which she shared. I felt she shared well, and to let me know where I stand, because I had been worried about my gums receding. I use Sonicare which is very beneficial but Im brushing too vigorously with it. She was very informed about the Sonicare too. It was the only one she recommends, and I know my good report was due to using it, since it was 4 yrs since last cleaning. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I've gone to Advantage Dental several times and have never had a problem.

Wow just wow best experience of my life no lie, my apt was at 730am checked in serousely for 2 extraction in and out 30 mins NO PAIN AT ALL thank u Dr. Dhillon and Angie thank u so much. I highly recommend them too all. I will definitely be back for u both.

I was greeted by a friendly smiling face and brought back to my appointment on time. Lauri does a wonderful , thorough job, my teeth feel so clean. Everyone at the office is so friendly and willing to help with any questions I have.

No recovery time from oral surgery and was treated stupid for wanting anesthesia. Made a consultation for a prn to help with surgery day. That consultation was kind of laughed off and i was sent home. Only good thing about surgery was it taking 20 minutes to complete. I was snapped at repeatedly for moaning or moving my feet slightly. Uncontrollable shaking started when the gas wore off and they ushered me out the door. Super safe practices here sending me to drive a shaking bloody mess 👌 this facility is a factory. I need to add that I pay for my dental and have Trillium only as secondary and they still treated me with no class. Guess a recovery room separate from the family waiting area would be room to lose money.

My lower partial had the edges that fit around my natural teeth break off within the first two months. When I showed the dentist he had them sent in for repair. They came back obviously patched with areas that collect bacteria. When I showed the female dentist I last saw at your Clinic off of Chambers she said it was something I would have to take care of. After embarrassing me about my dental health. I will not return to your Dental Association ever. As a matter of fact, I am calling on Tuesday to have my records and x-rays sent to Arrow Dental. They have promised me they will treat me with compassion and courtesy. This is what my insurance pays for. I will be checking my email and calling to find out if your Dental Association actually reads these and responds to there Dental clients that keep them in business. OHP, private insurance or otherwise, every single person deserves to be treated with respect and not be ashamed when we're paying for your service. Yuck! Sincerely ,Sophie Girard

Not only are they Professionals, they are absolutely kind, informative, and extremely sanitary. You know the pain where it may be the prelude to dying? These wonderful people made life worth living again, they are the resolve. I hadn't even realized both teeth were extracted, there were disclaimers about abnormal pain, everything was over so quickly, Thank You so much Advantage team!!!

Friendly and courteous. Took a while to get in but that's because they actually answer their phone and book appointments unlike the other OHP option in town. Staff at 17th location was super nice to me and addressed my concerns with care and compassion.
