I strongly do not recommend this place. I went in for a filling. The dentist didn't believe me when I said I wasn't numb. He then proceeded to perform the filling on a molar with my crying and protesting in pain. I signaled that I wanted brakes. He made me hold my mouth open without a prop for 45 minutes. Any time it started to close he'd snap that I needed to hold my mouth open. I walked out feeling like I've been tortured.
Then 6 months later I get a call telling me that I owe them $60 for the filling that was supposed to be free. I called their headquarters and all I got was well you owe this even if it was never discussed that you were going to be charged. And so with the $25 I'd already paid as copay I am now supposed to pay $85 for a sadistic monster to torture me. I feel like they are abusing me and not even recognizing that it's wrong. I don't want anyone to have this happen to them. Run as far as you can in the opposite direction.

TO A WONDERFUL STAFF.THE RECEPTIONIST WER'E REALLY HELPFUL ON MY PAPER WORK. & ALSO TO OF ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS ON ANY OF THE PAPER WORK.NO HASSLES @ ALL.MY EXPERIENCE IN THE BACK WAS EVEN BETTER.PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH PROCEDURE OF PULLING MY TOOTH & MORE.LISTENED TO MY FEARS & ALSO MY CONCERNS.THEY TALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCEDURE.UNTIL I WAS COMPLETELY DONE.THIS WAS MY BEST EXPERIENCE @ THE DENTIST IN QUITE A LONG TIME.THEY ARE MUCH MORE KINDER THEN ASPEN DENTAL.MUCH KINDER.ASPEN DENTAL TALKS ABOUT MONEY FIRST.THEN THE PROCEDURE.

The Dr. Was supper rude and demanded On what services to be done on my tooth. Did not let me ask questions or even speak. Idk if he hated his job or what but, He was very grumpy and did not allow me to have options. Will not return.

Absolutely the most brutal extraction ive ever had, and they did nothing for the pain afterwards im in more pain now then i was before my tooth was pulled. They complety dissmissed my concerns and my pain

Very friendly people. And very fast service. I left with a huge smile on mt face. After they fixed my broken tooth in the front of my mouth. Im so happy i can smile again. Thank you so much. Im going back for more work in april.

So my child (who is now 6) was suppose to have some work done and that was in june, still cant get an answer or anything and when i get a call they run me around in circles. wouldn't recommend them.
