These guys are wonderful! I went in with bad mouth pain due to my poor care of my teeth. They treated me so well, took care of me with no judgments and made me feel like I mattered to them. I will only go to aspen dental and will recommend them every chance I get!

My boyfriend was told he needed 2 root canals and some other work throughout his mouth and that it would cost about $16,000 to do the bare minimum. We got a second opinion for my long time dentist who thought the root canals would not work and that we should do implants instead (completely new teeth on the top and bottom front teeth), we were quoted $20,000 for the permanent solution, a difference of only $4,000. Aspen had done 3 different root canals on the same tooth in the past and all of them have failed (this would be #4). Aspen has bad advice and expensive prices.

Best advice is to focus on customer service to drive revenue and not the current assembly line style care. I visited Aspen Dental due to an emergency from a broken tooth and lost filling. Upon arrival I got poked and prodded for gingivitis and not until after I'm in more discomfort than when I arrived saw the doctor. Was then told I only had 3 options which the cheapest one was $7k up to $20k not to mention a laundry list of other services. I opted to have my tooth removed since it was a back molar which I had the same on the left side removed quite a few years ago causing me no issues (not one of the options given). During the appointment my tooth could not be removed all the way due to hitting the maximum dose of lidocaine and not numbing the tooth enough for extraction. I was then sent home for a later appointment with an oral surgeon at a separate practice since AD couldn't remove it. When I arrived at NW Oral the appointment was never confirmed by AD and it put myself and them in a bad spot. NW Oral was gracious enough to get me seen that day and it was discovered I needed more time on antibiotics to get the infection undercontrol before extraction would be a success. It has sense been removed.
