The staff were all wonderful! Melissa was probably the best hygienist I've worked with and Sara(h?), Sunny, and Dr Hussain were all great as well. They really worked to make everything clear and address all the issues I had been concerned about - most before I even had to ask! Their approach was the most comprehensive work-up and exam I've ever had at the dentist and I find myself excited for once to get my mouth fixed up and my health back on track.

Great staff. I loved that the staff was quick to attend me. I felt that the office was very clean. They helped me with all my health and financial options. Aspen dental answered all my questions before I even asked lol. For sure with me they got a lifetime client. Thanks guys

I went in for an emergency situation...and they genuinely cared for me, helped me figure out my options, and took care of my tooth health. Dr . H is fantastic, Aaron in the office is amazing, and the rest of the staff is just like a well oiled machine. The care and concern I felt for my well being was over the top. They were sensitive to my emotional state and personal concerns over my treatment. I truly appreciate them. Rachel and Tayna, great team dynamic and both so wonderful!

Haven't had been to a dentist in over 15 yrs. I had some real dental issues and had 3 teeth that cracked and broke off. It was the best experience I've ever had in any dental office. Very cheerful and welcoming as soon as you walk thru the door. There system for new patients is the best. Full mouth x-rays,then a dental hygienist comes in and goes over your needs for cleaning and any other things they might find. A approx.treatment plan and time period is given. Then your dentist comes in and checks all your x-rays and exams your mouth and gives there advice on a treatment plan. Some you can do immediately,or as myself was not pushed into doing anything at all at that time. Given a plan and a price,was offered a payment plan and the biggest gift of all.....didn't have to pay a thing for my visit....... totally FREE! LOVED THE EXPERIENCE

This place is amazing. My doctor is so amazing. She is so resourceful and so eager and willing to do all she can for you. She is patient and so very caring just an amazing doctor. All the staff is just top notch. Couldn't ask for a better Dental facility love everything about Aspen dental!

I have had the same dentist all my life up until I moved to Oregon two years ago. My wisdom teeth have started to come in & I had severe anxiety about the idea of someone new touching my mouth and teeth, but I knew it needed to be done. After a bunch of research and review reading, I decided on Aspen Dental in the gateway mall area.

I am so relieved— I’ve never had such a thorough and supportive dentistry team in my life. They talked me through everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire process. The minute the hygienist noticed I twinged from a bit of discomfort, she took the iniative and applied some topical anesthetic. I have to go back for some deep cleanings and I’m actually looking forward to the whole process. Thank you Aspen Dental for being such wonderful people and for making it very apparent that you care for your clientele. I highly recommend this team!!

Please explain to me why I was assured that the X-rays they were doing were going to be 100% covered by my insurance (they had the insurance lady look it over), only to get a bill for $140 from you guys because my insurance only covers full view x-rays OR panoramic x-ray not both?! Why would you guys even do both without asking me if I wanted to pay extra for an additional one? This is a complete scam and unethical. I was ASSURED everything being done was covered with my specific plan?? Why would I be lied to my face from you guys?

I had a issue causing me pain on one of my denture implants. The doctor that I had been seeing was not available for a couple weeks. Aspen Dental got me in the next day and got the issue taken care of. I thank them great.

Staff was wonderful and made me feel welcome from the moment I entered until I left.
Melissa the hygienist was so great, I felt very comfortable with her. Dr. H was so sweet and kind, I'm so glad I decided to give Aspen Dental a try!
