Ripped off Expensive treatment Misdiagnosis

Don't go here! You will be ripped off! The people giving them 4 star ratings probably dont know about this.My new dentist told me he would never work there because of their business practices. They told me I had gingivitis for which they performed an expensive, extensive and painful treatment for, and was told and that I had cracked molars that needed crowns and possibly a root canal( which I've had done before). My molars hurt for 4 months ths after seeing them because of their probing.
Their"free" first visit cost me thousands of dollars that I couldn't afford and they wanted me back for more ""treatments".
My new dentist told me I don't have gingiviitist and the crowns I already have on my molars are only slightly chipped and dont need replacement..

friendly staff comfortable environment recommendation

Every one I interacted with was so nice and accommodating to my situation that brought me in. I've had dentists in the past who were fairly judgmental and unkind making the already hard experience of going to the dentist worst and this was definitely not the case with this Aspen Dental office. Dr. H was so kind, very informative with what she intended to help me with and she was very reassuring.
The lobby was comfortable as was the exam room as well. I have already recommended them to a coworker of mine to visit because I was happy with my experience.

Get a second opinion if you need a deep cleaning. They will tell you they discount antibiotics because they are in network with your insurance. The antibiotics are not a covered benefit and therefore the insurance does not require them to write off the cost. They will turn around and bill you an additional $1500 on top of the $3000 deep cleaning. Even 19 yr Olds are diagnosed with periodontal disease. If you have delta dental and get their comfy dentures, Aspen will keep about $1000 from you in open claims. I worked there for 6 years and the whole time Aspen was "in discussions " with delta to pay for the upgrade fee. They refused to close claims and refund patients. If you have Dental Health Services, Aspen will hold open claims for laser therapy and keep $150 per quadrant...up to 4, tied up in pending insurance claims. Read the fine print those "in network " discounts WILL be billed to you. IF YOU HAVE OHP GO TO ASPEN FOR A FREE EXAM...TELL THEM YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE. Sit thru their stupid exam. Hear their schpeal. Get you antibiotics and pain meds. Maybe a tooth pulled. $350. F that place! Love the assistants. Dr Collins is a sweetheart. Dr Hussain is a self proclaimed mean girl. DR Case is an amazing endodontist.

I was blown away by the service and friendliness of the staff. The consultation part of the process was thorough and informative. I've been to many dentists in my time and Gateway Aspen Dental is by far the best. I am so happy I have them on my side!

Absolute worst. Started with the time of the appt, the appointment itself, and how much it was going to cost. Their explanation 'human errors'. You can only make so many human errors with 1 patient before the patient gets upset. All and all they pulled care from a 16 year old after getting a loan to pay for wisdom teeth removal and both the child and mother scheduling time off because they lack good communication skills and common sense.
Don't do it.

They're a great crew of people working there. They really care about their patients.

I had put off going to the dentist for far too long. When I finally made the decision to go, I chose Aspen Dental. The entire staff was kind, courtesy and informative. They were able to schedule me at times convenient to my schedule. The work they performed was fairly priced and thorough.
I highly recommend having your dental needs handled here.
