Everyone was very professional and helpful. Attentive to my comfort level throughout the process. Made sure I understood the process, procedures required to be healthy and exhibited empathy to my situation.
I was very nervous and reluctant and the staff were able to eliminate that for me!

They ask you to show up early and then make you wait and wait and wait. They value their time more than that of their clients. White bird is FAR SUPERIOR. Don't go here unless you're stuck with them

Aspen was fantastic. Sunny is the best assistant. She's really well educated with dental health and cares so much about her patients. Also, the dentist was really sweet and caring and took her time with me. Chelsea is a rockstar hygienist. She's so great with patients. Thank you guys for the great experience. I can't wait for my next appointment.

Everyone is so friendly, they always greet you with a smile. Melissa Benzel the hygienist is the reasons I continue to return year after year. I see her 2 to 4 times a year and she is so passionate about her job. She has helped me up my dental game. Melissa acts as your personal cheerleader. She always teaches me something new and we have fun the whole visit. I always leave looking forward to my next cleaning.

Very nice and friendly staff. They were very prompt in getting me an appointment as soon as possible to take care of my teeth. The hygienist was very kind and was very gentle asking me how I was feeling throughout the whole exam. They even had a tv to watch while you were sitting in the dentist chair waiting to be worked on. I enjoyed my visit and will be coming back in the future whenever I need work done.

Absolutely horrible experience going with my boyfriend! We were there for 2 hours most of which was waiting. They tried to up sell you at every opportunity and after being there for over 2 hours they didn’t even give him his tooth cleaning that is covered by his insurance. The worst part however was the fact we were flat out lied to 3 times during our visit. Lie number 1) when we checked in we were told our copay would be $30 at the end. (We later found out it is $0) lie number 2) we are told they do a routine gum cancer screening they wanted a signed consent form my boyfriend says “does this cost any extra?” They respond “no” so he signs the form and it gets done. During this portion they are trying to sell us on a bunch of extra stuff including saying his very well recommended toothbrush by lots of dentists is not good at all and we need the one they sell. And finally lie 3) when we are checking out we bought some toothpaste $35 then they said our copay would be $30 for a grand total of $65. A few days later his sister goes in with the same insurance and is charged a $0 copay. We call and they confirm that his copay was indeed $0 and it was the cancer screening they told us was free that was the extra $30 we were charged. At first we think this is a simple mistake, but after multiple calls trying to explain the situation they refuse to refund the fake copay. Do not go here they will take your money!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction, the tooth was half deteriorated, I expected it to break and come out in pieces leaving a messy hole. Erum Hussain DMD was my dentist, not only is she highly trained, she's amazingly gentle, no complications or long waiting periods I was in and out in 30 minutes, she gently pryed my tooth loose then pulled it out in one solid piece without disturbing any other part of my mouth that I didn't even need over the counter pain meds after 4 hours post. My bleeding stopped within 4 hours and my extraction site was as clean and small as possible. Wow. I highly recommend aspen dental for their amazing staff, short wait periods, and top of the line services. I've found my forever dentist!

I walked into Aspen Dental hoping they could help me remove a piece of dental floss which had broken off between two of my teeth and lodged itself in the backside of my retainer.

I am not from the area passing through on vacation.

The entire staff were very friendly, professional, and solution driven; they got me right in and removed the floss and also removed some plague I had in the backside of my tooth. I instantly felt better. I would definitely choose this team to take care of my teeth.

Super friendly folks! Great care; little bit of extra wait time when you are there later in the day. I have never had an appointment get done in a timely manner. When they closed for a period for COVID no phone calls or emails received had to find out myself online.

This is the first dental clinic that I don't absolutely dread going to. The staff is professional, friendly, and supportive. Under their care my teeth have improved drastically for the better. Dr. "H" is a really great dentist and it is evident that she is savvy to current technology and medicine for her patients. Melissa is a really skilled hygienist who makes a typical scary dental experience way less scary and actually positive.
